Ein Schlaggerät weist einen Verbrennungsmotor (1) und ein von dem Verbrennungsmotor (1) angetriebenes Schlagwerk (2) auf. Eine Motor-Schmiervorrichtung (10, 11, 12, 13) führt Schmiermittel zu dem Verbrennungsmotor (1) zu. Eine Schlagwerk-Schmiervorrichtung (10, 11, 12, 14) schmiert dementsprechend das Schlagwerk (2). Dabei weisen die Motor-Schmiervorrichtung und die Schlagwerk-Schmiervorrichtung teilweise die selben Komponenten (10, 11, 12) auf.

Ein Bohr- und/oder Schlaghammer weist eine Schmiervorrichtung auf, mit einer Schmierstoffaufnahme (11) und einem darin enthaltenen Schmierstoffvorrat (12). Eine Dosiereinrichtung umfasst eine den Schmierstoffvorrat (12) mit einem Schmierort verbindende Dosieröffnung (15). Weiterhin ist eine Druckerzeugungseinrichtung (13, 14) vorgesehen, mit der der Schmierstoffvorrat (12) wenigstens zeitweise unter einen erhöhten Druck setzbar ist. Dadurch tritt Schmierstoff aus der Dosieröffnung (15) aus, was eine gezielte Schmierung der beweglichen Teile (3 bis 8) erlaubt.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine selbsttätige Schmierpumpe (1 ) für eine Maschine mit hydraulisch betätigten Schlagwerkzeug (4), wie beispielsweise einem Hydraulikhammer. Die Schmierpumpe (1) ist an eine Druckleitung (P) des Hydraulikkreises (2) anschließbar ausgestaltet. Die Schmierpumpe (1 ) weist einen vom Hydraulikkreis antreibbar ausgebildeten Antriebskolben (8) und einen mit dem Antriebskolben bewegungsübertragend verbundenen Förderkolben einer Förderpumpe (9), durch die Schmierstoff an eine Schmierstelle gefördert wird, auf. Die Lebensdauer der Schmierpumpe kann gegenüber herkömmlichen Pumpen verlängert werden, wenn der Antriebskolben (8) doppelt wirkend mit zwei Antriebskammern (8c, 8d) ausgestaltet ist und ein in den Hydraulikkreis schaltbares und hydraulisch betätigbares Umschaltorgan (16) vorgesehen ist, durch welches im Betrieb die Antriebskammem (8c, 8d) wechselweise und selbsttätig mit der Druckleitung (8) verbunden werden können.
