摘要: Es wird ein an einem Ausleger (26) eines Trägerfahrzeuges (20) angeordnete Eindrehvorrichtung (1) für ein Schraubfundament (11) beschrieben, welche über den Ausleger (26) um eine Löffelschwenkachse (21), welche an einer dem Trägerfahrzeug (20) zugewandten vorderen Seite des Auslegers (26) angeordnet ist, um eine Schwenkachse (6) und um eine Gabelschwenkachse (7) schwenkbar ist. Die Schwenkbarkeit ermöglicht es, dass das Schraubfundament (11) über die Löffelschwenkachse (21) aus einer Koppellage, in welcher die Schwenkachse (6) vertikal angeordnet ist, in eine Eindrehlage schwenkbar ist, in welcher die Schwenkachse 6 und die Gabelschwenkachse (7) waagerecht ausgerichtet sind. Die Eindrehvorrichtung (1) weist ein erstes Element in Form eines Geräteträgers (2) auf, welcher mit dem Ausleger (26) verbunden ist und mittels der Schwenkachse (6) ein zweites Element in Form einer Gabel (3) trägt. Die Gabel (3) ist vom Geräteträger (2) über die Schwenkachse (6) getragen und trägt mittels der Gabelschwenkachse (7) ein drittes Element in Form eine Drehantriebs (4). Der Drehantrieb 4 bildet über eine Abtriebswelle (12) eine Eindrehachse (5), welche bei angekoppeltem Zustand mit der Längsachse des Schraubfundamentes (11) fluchtet. Das Schraubfundament (11) wird über diese Eindrehachse (5) in den Boden eingedreht. Die Schwenkachse (6) und die Gabelschwenkachse (7)sind gabelbedingt rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnet und bilden ein zentrales Glied eines Kardangelenkes.

The pin grabber coupler (122) may comprise a tertiary lock (148) configured to pivot between an unlocked TL position (198) and a locked TL position (196). The tertiary lock (148) may include a first and second shoulders (200, 202), a leg (204), a tab (206), a latch (208), a bias member (210) and a detent (212). The bias member (210) may be configured to exert a biasing force on the tertiary lock (148) to urge the tertiary lock (148) to the locked TL position (196). The detent (212) may be configured to exert, when in a hold position (214), a holding force against the latch (208) that is greater than the biasing force exerted by the bias member (210). When the detent (212) is in a release position (216), the holding force applied by the detent (212) against the latch (208) is less than the biasing force applied by the bias member (210).

摘要: A quick coupling device (1 ) for quick coupling of an implement (3) to an operating arm (2) of a working machine, said device comprising: a frame (40) having a first and a second shaft (15a, 15b), each shaft being connectable to the operating arm; a first and a second locking pin (14a, 14b) extending outwards from the frame along a common transverse axis, each locking pin being engageable with a pair of front coupler hooks of the implement for mechanically locking of a longitudinal position thereof during engagement; a first and a second hydraulic locking piston (5a, 5b) outwardly movable in opposite directions from a cylinder housing (8) along an axis parallel with said transverse axis, each locking piston is provided with a locking end having a locking wedge surface (9) being engageable with a pair of rear locking brackets of the implement for mechanically locking the longitudinal position thereof during engagement; a first and a second electric position sensor (71, 72) being disposed within the hydraulic cylinder housing, and being configured to generate a first and a second position signal respectively indicative of the position of the first and second hydraulic locking piston respectively relative to the hydraulic cylinder housing; and a control unit being configured to receive the first and the second position signal, and based on the these signals the control unit is configured to generate: at least one unlocked mode signal indicative of the quick coupling device being in an unlocked mode relative to an engageable implement, at least one locked mode signal indicative of the quick coupling device being in a locked mode relative to an engageable implement, and at least one maintenance mode signal indicative of it being in a maintenance mode relative to an engageable implement. The invention also concerns a working machine comprising a quick coupling device (1 ).

摘要: A system and method for attaching implements to skid steer machines having different implement mounting configurations. The implements include or are separately provided with a securement frame defining a mini skid steer pocket engageable with a mini skid steer mount and a larger standard skid steer pocket engageable with a standard skid steer mount. The mini pocket is located between the implement and the standard pocket. A passage opening extends through the standard pocket where through the mini pocket is accessible. For attaching the implement to a mini skid steer, the mini skid steer mount is inserted through the passage opening and engages the mini skid steer pocket while the standard skid steer pocket remains unused. For attaching the implement to a standard skid steer, the standard skid steer mount is inserted directly into and engages the standard skid steer pocket while the mini skid steer pocket remains unused.

摘要: An excavator coupler for coupling an excavator attachment to an arm of an excavator, the coupler includes a main body (11) having a first recess for engagement with a first pin of the attachment, a tongue member (15) moveable relative to the main body, the tongue member having a second recess (17) for engagement with a second pin of the attachment, a locking arm (19) pivotally mounted to the main body, and an actuator assembly (21) configured to i) move the tongue member relative to the main body to facilitate engagement and disengagement of the second recess with the second pin, and ii) pivot the locking arm to selectively block withdrawal of the first pin from the first recess. The actuator assembly includes a primary device configured to withdraw the locking arm from the first recess, and an auxiliary device for biasing the locking arm into the first recess. When the tongue member is retracted into abutment with a stop on the main body, the primary device can withdraw the locking arm from the first recess.
