A compressed building block formed of a pre-mix of fly ash, Class C type, are combined with various aggregates either ground wood and/or chips, having maybe a small amount of Portland cement added thereto, moisturized, and then either molded, extruded or compressed in a press into the configuration of a block. Boron as a mold retardant and an insecticide, may be added to the composition, to provide the formed block with further beneficial attributes. The blocks may be formed by a system for extruding such blocks from the formulation, or they may be formed by means of a mold or hydraulic or other press and pressed into the configuration of the desired block, needed for the construction.
Abstract:
A manufacturing process is provided for manufacture of counterweight assemblies (100, 102, 104). The counterweight assemblies (100, 102, 104) are manufactured by mixing concrete with a metallic material. The concrete and the metallic material are then placed into curing molds, and at least one cure accelerant is added to the mixture when the mixture is in the mold. The counterweight assembly formed by the mold is then cured.

A method of providing a concrete mix at a construction site including the steps of: (a) at a remote site loading into a mixing drum of a mixer one or more initial ingredients selected from the group consisting of: and, granite and cement, each being in a quantity to satisfy a required ration, (b) using a cover to close the mixer drum to substantially prevent unwanted entry of water into the mixer drum and to prevent accidental discharge from the mixer drum of the one or more ingredients; (c) transporting the mixer front the remote site to the construction site, (d) when the concrete mix is required, adding to the one or more ingredients required, adding to the one or more ingredients one or more final ingredients to form the concrete mix; (e) mixing the concrete mix into the mixer; and a mixer for mixing the concrete mix in accordance with the method is also disclosed.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zur Herstellung von trockenen oder nassen Mischungen aus Pulvern oder Granulaten. Sie umfasst die Arbeitsvorgänge a) Entgegennahme von gelieferten schüttfähigen Rohmaterialien in die entsprechenden Lagerbehältnisse, b) Bemessen der erforderlichen Mengen Rohmaterialien für eine bestimmten Mischrezeptur, c) Bewegen der abgemessenen Rohmaterialkomponenten zu einem Mischer, d) Mischen der Rohmaterialkomponenten, e) Abfüllen des gemischten Gutes und Start des Abtransportes. Das Bemessen der an einzelnen Stellen aus den Lagerbehältnissen einer Mischcharge zugeführten Bestandteile erfolgt mittels Messbehältern, deren Fassungsvermögen klein ist gegenüber der für eine übliche Mischcharge von der betreffenden Stelle aus einzuspeisenden Materialmenge. Für eine Mischcharge wird der Messbehälter in rascher Folge vom Lagerbehältnis her befüllt, die eingefüllte Menge wird gemessen und auf die Abgabeseite hin entleert. Bei der letzten aus dem Messbehälter abzugebenden Charge wird die für die passende Gesamtmenge noch fehlende Restmenge gegenüber den vorher in den Messbehälter eingegebenen Chargen mit höherer Genauigkeit gesteuert.

A vehicle fleet management information system (10) for identification of location and direction of movement of each vehicle in the fleet in real-time and automatic communication directly with management offices to report its location and heading, and status of predetermined events in which the vehicle may be engaged. Each fleet vehicle is assigned a unique time slot to transmit its reporting information over a communications network (10) without substantially interfering with transmissions from other vehicles in their own respective time slots.

The invention relates to a concrete mixing plant in container assembly for delivering concrete into vehicles. The inventive plant is provided with at least one inclined conveyor worm (14). Cement is added to the lower end of said conveyor worm from one of several concrete silos (13) respectively. The concrete is transported upwards and is placed into one of several silos or pre-silos (10) at the upper end of the conveyor worm (14) respectively. The invention also relates to at least one mixing device with connections for aggregates and the like. All the devices of the plant are individual elements which are provided with the usual commercial outer measurements of transport containers. Additional support and construction elements are not required.

The object of the invention is manufacturing and operating equipment for concrete mass, which consists of a mixer (1) to mix the required dry substances and water, a mass pump (3) and pipework (4, 12) connected to this to lead the concrete mass to the casting place. The equipment in accordance with the invention includes a rotating cylinder as an intermediate storage tank (2) independent of the operation of the pump (3), devices to transfer the mass from the concrete mixer (1) to the intermediate storage tank (2) and from the intermediate storage tank (2) to the pump (4), which include a tight connection, permitting rotation between the raised feed channel (9) of the pump (3) and the intermediate storage tank.

Изобретение относится к области переработки песков пустынь, рециклинга твердых отходов, отвалов и отсевов дробильно-сортировочных производств для изготовления товарной продукции строительного назначения. Технологическая линия включает загрузочный бункер 1 с транспортером, трубчатый вращаемый сушильный агрегат 2, средства первичной классификации в виде циклона 3 и циклона 4, бункеры накопители 5, 6, входы и выходы циклонов 3, 4 соединены между собой и с технологическими узлами линии продуктопроводами. В линию встроены три технологических участка: участок производства строительных твердых блоков на основе ячеистого бетона, участок производства сухого смесевого конгломерата для изготовления ячеистого бетона, участок производства сухих смесей растворных строительных, в том числе и композиций защитно-отделочных строительных. Для получения классифицированных полупродуктов в виде строительных материалов в линии система параллельных грохотов 14, 15, 16, 17 соединена продуктопроводами, соответственно, с бункерами-накопителями 22, 23, 24 через раздаточные узлы 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 классифицированных полупродуктов в виде строительных материалов фракции 2-5мм, фракции l-2мм, фракции 0,63- lмм, фракции 0,001- 0,63мм.

The invention relates to a method for producing dry or wet mixtures of powders or granules. It comprises the operations of a) receiving supplied pourable raw materials in the appropriate storage vessels, b) measuring the required amounts of raw materials for a particular mixture formulation, c) moving the measured raw material components to a mixer, d) mixing the raw material components, e) filling the mixed material into receptacles and starting the removal. The measurement of the constituents supplied to a mixed batch from the storage vessels at individual points is effected by means of measurement vessels whose capacity is small compared to the amount of material to be fed in from the point in question for a customary mixed batch. For one mixed batch, the measurement vessel is filled in rapid succession from the storage vessel, and the amount introduced is measured and emptied toward the release side. At the last batch to be released from the measurement vessel, the residual amount still missing for the appropriate total amount is controlled with higher precision compared to the batches introduced beforehand into the measurement vessel.
