Un procédé de traitement de diffusion forcée d'une pièce thermiquement isolante (40) en mousse synthétique expansée, comporte: pendant une étape d'évacuation, chauffer la pièce isolante à une température d'évacuation supérieure à la température ambiante et exposer simultanément la pièce isolante à une atmosphère gazeuse présentant des pressions partielles basses pour le diazote, le dioxygène, le dioxyde de carbone et les gaz possédant un coefficient de diffusion dans la mousse synthétique expansée supérieur ou égal à celui du diazote, terminer l'étape d'évacuation lorsqu'un cumul des pressions partielles du diazote, du dioxygène, du dioxyde de carbone et des gaz possédant un coefficient de diffusion dans la mousse synthétique expansée supérieur ou égal à celui du diazote dans la pièce isolante est inférieur à un seuil déterminé.

본 발명은 세안 및 목욕에 사용되는 약산성 식이섬유 젤리 스폰지 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 식이섬유를 재료로 하여 젤리 성상의 스폰지를 제조하고, 스폰지가 약산성을 띄게 함으로써 세안과 목욕 시 피부보호막을 보호하고 유수분밸런스를 조절하며 노폐물만을 효율적으로 제거할 수 있는 약산성 식이섬유 젤리 스폰지 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a sandwich plate. Such a sandwich plate consists of a foamed core layer (12) and at least one fiber-reinforced cover layer (14). The sandwich plate is made by in situ foaming. In a first assembling step a core web (12), comprising at least one sheet of a thermoplastic plastic material containing an amount of a suitable physical blowing agent is positioned between two cover layers (14). The assembly of core web and cover layers is arranged between two press plates. Due to heat and pressure applied in a subsequent foaming step, foaming of the core web and effective bonding thereof to the cover layers is achieved. Subsequently the foamed assembly is allowed to cool down. Remaining physical blowing agent is removed during a subsequent drying step at elevated temperature.

Abstract:
The invention relates mold, particularly a mold for producing foam articles. In a preferred embodiment, the mold comprises a lid and a bowl releasingly engageable to define a mold cavity, the lid comprising: (i) a vent having a passageway for gas to escape from the mold cavity, and (ii) a plurality of grooves connected to the vent. The use of a plurality of grooves/slots in the mold cavity surface effectively acts as a siphon to draw gas away from the composition to be molded. The plurality of grooves/slots is connected to one or more vents which then allows for escape of the gas from the mold cavity to the exterior of the mold.
