La présente invention concerne les procédés d'obtention d'un corps Cp devant avoir une forme donnée à partir d'un fil ou analogue. Le procédé consiste à réaliser Phi une ébauche 10 du fil sous la forme d'un mélange de fibres 12 et de résine polymérisable 14, à translater Ph2 l'ébauche 10 suivant une direction donnée et, pendant la translation Tr de l'ébauche 10, à réaliser une gaine 20 autour de l'ébauche 10 avec un matériau de gainage en fusion 22 dont la température de fusion est inférieure à la température de transition vitreuse de la résine 14 et de fusion des fibres 12, simultanément Ph3 à refroidir l'ensemble pour obtenir une solidification relative de la gaine 20, et à mettre en forme l'ensemble selon la forme donnée, à maintenir Ph4 durant un temps déterminé l'ensemble à température pour obtenir la polymérisation presque totale de la résine 14, à porter Ph5 l'ensemble à une température inférieure à la température de transition vitreuse de la résine 14 mais supérieure à la température de fusion du matériau de gainage, jusqu'à ce qu'elle ait fondue, et à récupérer Ph6 le corps formé Cp. Application avantageusement à la réalisation de ressort du type hélicoïdal ou pseudo-hélicoïdal.

A soaker/sprinkler hose having a cylindrical cross section with radial discharge orifices circumferentially spaced about the entire perimeter of the conduit along the length thereof for simultaneously directing liquid flow streams downwardly into the ground on one side of the conduit for soaking the ground and upwardly into the air for watering the ground in sprinkling fashion. The hose is formed with a plurality of axially aligned rows of discharge orifices, at circumferentially spaced intervals about the conduit, and is cured in a retractable coiled condition which facilitates random direction of the discharging liquid streams when the hose is extended and which facilitates handling and storage of the hose. A method of making the coiled soaker/sprinkler hose also is disclosed.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un ressort de suspension notamment pour véhicule automobile, formé d'un matériau composite incluant des fibres et de la résine. Selon l'invention, le procédé comprend sur une même filière de fabrication les tapes de: - fabrication d'une âme centrale (2) destine supporter les fibres, - fabrication d'un fil comprenant au moins une couche de fibres enroules autour de l'âme centrale (2) mise en forme du fil autour d'un mandrin (5) animé d'un mouvement de rotation tirant le fil au fur et mesure de sa formation et solidification de celui-ci dans une forme hélicoïdale.

A re-rollable membrane for wrapping around and protecting a cylindrical tissue having an injury site. The membrane includes a sheet of a porous matrix formed of cross-linked biopolymeric fibers. In one implementation, the sheet can be spirally rolled so that at least one portion overlaps another portion of the sheet and, upon absorption of a fluid, the overlapping portions adhere to each other closely so as to exclude penetration of cells. In another implementation, the sheet can be helically rolled to form a helix having a pitch of 2 mm to 40 mm and an inner diameter of 1 mm to 50 mm. Also disclosed are methods for making and using such re-rollable membranes.

The invention relates to the production of reinforcing materials and makes it possible to increase the resistance of reinforcement and simplify the design of a processing line. The inventive processing line for producing a non-metallic reinforcement comprises a bobbin holder, an impregnating chamber and a forming unit. Said forming unit comprises a spinneret block, a pre-polymerising chamber, and a unit for coiling the reinforcement and/or a unit for cutting the reinforcement. The inventive profiling device is embodied in the form of a heated manifold which is split on the centreplane thereof and provided with a deepening disposed on the inner surface thereof whose shape fits the profile of the reinforcement.

The fabrication method produces simultaneously a plurality of curved profiled reinforcement bars of material which is stabilized by means of a mould helically wound on a mandrel. The mould comprises a plurality of grooves into which are arranged the reinforcement elements. The method for laying bars for a reinforced body utilizes a laying support which gathers a plurality of bars when these are being laid and their support is removed when the bars are set in place in the armature of the body. The profiled curved element reinforced with a plurality of bars comprises a support part having a plurality of parallel grooves in which are arranged the curved bars resisting traction efforts and having between them a certain relative mobility. When the bars are produced in a mould with a plurality of grooves, the mould may be used as a support part or as a laying support. The invention applies particularly to flexible conduits used in the oil industry.

Die Erfindung betrrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Wendeln (16) aus Drähten (7) aus Kunststoffen, mit einer Wickeleinrichtung (11), die eine um ihre Achse rotierbare Führung (15) für die Drähte (7) aufweist, und mit einem Formkörper (13), auf dem die Wendel (16) mittels der Wickeleinrichtung (11) ablegbar und von dem sie abziehbar ist. Zur Lösung der Aufgabe, ein Wickelsystem für Wendeln anzugeben, das einfach ausgebildet ist und das die Umstellung auf unterschiedliche Ausgangsquerschnitte der Monofilamente innerhalb der Wendelmaschine ohne Wechsel der Vorratsspule und ohne Einschränkung der Produktionsgeschwindigkeit erlaubt und das sowohl bei der Erstausstattung als auch bei der Nachrüstung von bereits vorhandenen Wendelmaschinen eingesetzt werden kann, wird erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, dass der Wickeleinrichtung (11) eine mit ihr rotierbare Verformungseinrichtung (27) für den Querschnitt des jeweiligen Drahtes (7) zugeordnet ist.
