Abstract:
La invención describe un carro alimentador para máquina compresora, del tipo que presenta un extremo superior de llenado por el que se introduce un material particulado destinado a comprimirse en una matriz de la máquina compresora y un extremo inferior de descarga de dicho material particulado hacia dicha matriz. Al menos parte de los elementos constituyentes de dicho carro alimentador pueden desplazarse unos con respecto a otros, permitiendo así modificar la geometría de al menos uno de dicho extremo inferior de descarga, dicho extremo superior de llenado y una parte intermedia del carro alimentador entre ambos extremos. La invención también describe el uso de un carro alimentador de este tipo, que comprende las etapas iniciales de determinar la geometría de carro óptima para un material particulado que se desea comprimir y aplicar dicha geometría de carro óptima al carro alimentador.
Abstract:
A flexible funnel element attachable to a holder funnel element to form a funnel section of a material guide chute. The funnel elements comprise releasable connections to able the flexible elements to be interchanged at the holder elements when worn. Due to the modular construction of the funnel sections the guide chute comprises component parts of different materials such that selected components may be optimised for wear resistance and maintaining the free flow of material through the chute.

A bulk material transfer chute (10) is operable to transfer bulk material (12) from an elevated location to a lower location. The bulk material transfer chute (10) comprises a plurality of chute sections (14A-14E). Each chute section (14A-14E) defines at least one flow surface (28, 30) and each flow surface (28, 30) has an inlet end (32A, 32B) and an outlet end (34A, 34B). Each flow surface (28, 30) is configured to decelerate the bulk material (12) adjacent the outlet end (34A, 34B).
Abstract:
A melter for heating and melting particulate hot melt adhesive into a liquefied form is disclosed. The melter includes a heated receiving device having an interior with an inlet configured to receive the particulate hot melt adhesive and an outlet. A flexible hopper holds a supply of the particulate hot melt adhesive and a particulate hot melt adhesive feed device allows the particulate hot melt adhesive to be directed from the flexible hopper to the inlet of the heated receiving device. A flexible bag system can dispense particulate hot melt adhesive. The flexible bag system includes an articulation device in contact with the flexible bag body and manipulates the flexible bag body to maintain fluidity of the particulate hot melt adhesive out of the outlet.

This invention relates to a device for charging raw sinter mixture (2) onto a pallet car (3) of a sintering machine or the like, with a storage bin (4) from which the raw sinter mixture is withdrawn by a drum feeder (6) via an outlet opening (5), and with an arrangement for discharging the raw sinter mixture (2) emerging from the outlet opening (5) onto the pallet car (3) or the like. The arrangement includes a mat (7), which hangs down from a suspension (8), wherein below the suspension (8) a supporting element (9) is provided, which is offset with respect to the suspension (8) in horizontal direction such that the mat (7) rests against the supporting element (9).
