Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to methods for distressing an object by projecting polysaccharide particles onto a surface of the object. The present disclosure relates also to methods for cleaning the distressed fabric or garment and optionally methods for recycling the polysaccharide particles. In one embodiment, a method for distressing an object comprises suspending polysaccharide particles in a gas, creating a suspension, and projecting the suspension onto an object.
Abstract:
A plant (100) for the treatment of items of clothing (CP). The plant (100) comprises: - a first feeding line (10) for feeding the items of clothing (CP); and - a second treatment line (20) for the treatment of items of clothing (CP) themselves. The second.treatment line (20) comprises at least a treatment booth (21) provided with at least one nozzle (22.; 22A,. 22B) which is suited to send a high-pressure abradant fluid onto at least one item of clothing (CP) available in the treatment booth (21) itself.
Abstract:
The invention relates to the method of making pattern (step 30) with laser in the textile sector, which provides making pattern by removal of the dyestuff on various textile products, especially denim fabric, via laser; and which reduces energy and other costs by minimizing the damage of laser on the fabric by means of optimizing the wavelength of the laser used and by increasing the operation speed by means of improving the laser beam absorption capacity of the dyestuff on the fabric.
Abstract:
The present invention is related to an uniform and non uniform fabrics aging procedure, with spray application of reducing or oxidizing agents over clothing pieces previously treated for watertightness and worn by the mechanical action of an abrasive.
Abstract:
A device for wearing edge or hem of fabric by abrasive means (2) comprises: driving means (3) for abrasive means (2); handling means (4) of fabric; guide means (5) of the fabric adjacent to abrasive means (2). In an operating condition of device (1), the guide means (5) make the edge or hem of the fabric, which is moved by the handling means (4), to mate the abrasive means (2) operated by driving means (3), in order to abrade a fabric portion of the edge or hem.
Abstract:
A garment having a vintage appearance is produced by method including forming panel(s) of fabric. A pattern using chemical(s) is printed on the panel(s). The garment having a vintage appearance is constructed utilizing the panel(s) having the chemical(s) printed thereon.
Abstract:
The hard coated abrasive medium is formed by providing a hollow body with abrasive deposit on the outer surface. The buoyancy is provided by the enclosed aire space, and the weight is defined by the weight of the body plus the hard plating or the abrasive grit deposited thereon. The density is selected in accordance to the character of the workpiece with which it is to be used in order to optimize the abrading action by interacting with the workpiece in the optimum fashion. In one embodiment, the abrasive grit is bonded to the exterior surface of the abrasive medium in a spiral shape to accelerate the abrading action.
Abstract:
Device for achieving artificially wear and discoloration of textile products, including at least one enclosure which is comprised of a drum (1) rotatable about an axis (5), said drum having an opening (6) with a sealed entry door (7), wherein the inner walls (2) of said drum are at least partially provided with one or more abrasive coatings (3) which comprise at least a number of projecting particles (12) and at least one binder (13) for said particles.
Abstract:
Process for heterogenously prefading items made of dyed cotton in an aqueous medium. Said items are contacted with an aqueous compound based on cellulases with or without pumice stone or amylases at a concentration, temperature and pH such as to produce a heterogenous prefading lower than 6 and preferably comprised between 4 and 5. The invention also relates to the items produced by said process.
Abstract:
Systems and techniques for laser-marking a fabric material. Some implementations may be directed to a fabric component having a surface dyed a first color using a pigment. The surface may be irradiated using a laser to form a lightened region. In some cases, the lightened region has a second color that is lighter than the first color. In some cases, the lightened region has fibers of the nylon fabric component that are fused to form a partially specular surface due to the laser irradiation. In some cases, the lightened region has fibers of the fabric component that are fused to form a partially specular surface. The fabric material may form a fabric component of a device or product. In some cases, the fabric forms a component of a keyboard or user-input device.
