The present invention relates to a method for dyeing nano-fabrics, and more specifically, to the method for dyeing nano-fabrics which comprises: 1) a step of dipping nano-fabrics in a dye mixture solution, and heating the dye mixture solution in which nano-fabrics are dipped to dye the nano-fabrics; 2) a step of dipping the nano-fabrics dyed in step 1) in a fixing solution and heat-treating the nano-fabrics; and 3) a step of heat-treating the nano-fabrics obtained in step 2). Nano-fabrics which were difficult to be dyed in the past, can be dyed without damage to the nano-fabrics using the method for dyeing nano-fabrics according to the present invention. In addition, the method can be helpfully used in the fabric dyeing industry since the nano-fabrics has excellent color fastness.
