Abstract:
본 발명은 조립트러스가 콘크리트에 매립되는 합성보에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 조립트러스가 콘크리트 경화전의 액상상태에서는 콘크리트 자중과 시공하중을 견디는 트러스 보로 역할하며 콘크리트 경화 후에는 콘크리트와 함께 주요 구조부재로 역할하는 합성보에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시형태에 따른 거푸집널을 부착한 매립형 조립트러스 합성보는 일정 두께의 판상으로 구성되며, 길이 방향을 따라 일정간격을 두고 양단에 또는 전 구간에 나사산이 형성된 나사봉이 폭방향으로 돌출되도록 결합되는 하현재와; 복수의 평강의 단부를 이어서 지그재그 형상으로 구성되며 평강의 이음부에 형성된 관통홀에 하현재에 결합된 나사봉이 관통되어 외측에서 D콘이 체결되어 하현재 폭방향 양단에 하단이 결합되는 한 쌍의 접이식 복재; 및 길이 방향을 따라 일정간격을 두고 결합공이 천공된 수직판, 수직판 상단에 구성되는 수평판을 포함하도록 구성되어 나사봉이 수직판의 결합공과 접이식 복재의 상단 관통홀에 관통되고 외측에서 D콘이 체결되어 한 쌍의 접이식 복재에 결합되는 한 쌍의 상현재;를 포함하는 조립트러스; 조립트러스를 단면내에 수용하고 상면이 개방된 U자형 단면을 갖도록 구성되며, 조립트러스 상현재와 하현재에 결합된 D콘의 상응위치에 볼트홀이 천공되어 외측에서 볼트가 볼트홀을 통해 D콘에 결합되어 조립트러스에 고정되는 거푸집널; 및 거푸집널 단면 내에 타설되어 조립트러스와 일체화되는 콘크리트를 포함하여 구성되며, 거푸집널은, 콘크리트 경화 후에 볼트를 풀어내어 제거되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Der erfindungsgemässe pneumatische Träger besitzt unter Druck setzbare pneumatische Körper 61 bis 63, welche ein Druckglied 51 und ein Zugglied 52 betriebsfähig auf Abstand halten, was einen pneumatischen Träger mit hoher Belastbarkeit, aber auch nachteilig hoher Betriebsdeformation ergibt. Die Zick-Zack förmig zwischen dem Druckglied 51 und dem Zugglied 52 über die Länge des Trägers 50 verlaufenden Verbindungselemente 57,58 sind bevorzugt als flexible Zugglieder ausgebildete Druckstreben und versteifen den Träger 50 gegenüber den pneumatischen Trägern des Stands der Technik derart, dass seine Deformation im Fall einer asymmetrischen Last, wie das bei einer befahrenen Brücke der Fall ist, beispielsweise noch 10% beträgt.

Systems and methods of using a collapsible construction module are described. The module may include an internal framework having horizontal support bars and masts pivotably attached to the horizontal support bars. The module may further include vertical support bars fixed to the horizontal support bars. Beams may be connected to ends of the support bars. The module may orient between open and closed positions by pivotably rotating the masts independent of the beams.

The object of the invention is a clamp mechanism, clamping on a tube made of elastic material, provided with a band clamped on a tube. Inside the tube (21), in the location where the band (23) clamps there is located a stiff element (22) having a diameter substantially corresponding to the inner diameter of the tube. The band (23) encompasses the tube (21) over the length of at least the half of its circumference and is connected to tensioning and releasing means (25, 27, 29). The object of the invention is also a system locking a multitubular manipulator, wherein a locking mechanism according to the invention is mounted on each of the tubes (41a, 41b, 41c). Further, the object of the invention is a method of operating a reconfigurable manipulator comprising curled strip tubes, characterised in that the manipulator is provided with a locking system according to the invention, which is released for reconfiguration of the manipulator and clamped for normal operation.
