The slip form (6) with ancillary formwork trolley (5) is arranged for guided movement along the tunnel; and end seal (12) which is fixedly anchored to the tunnel is established; at least one concrete extruder (16) is attached to the slip form (6) with ancillary formwork trolley (5); a preferably flexible sheet (10) is arranged, which substantially covers the surface (11) of the slip form (6), so that the slip form (6) may slide in relation to the sheet (10), and where the sheet (10) is adapted for removal after hardening of the concrete (27); and the formwork trolley (5) is moved forwardly while the concrete extruder (16) is operated and fills the formwork cross section (13) by supply near the forward end (14) of the slip form (6).

Method of lining and repairing underground constructions such as shafts and tunnels with a lining material suitable for casting, whereby at least one elastic mould part is placed inside the shaft. The mould part is fixed longitudinally in the shaft, after which it expands to a predetermined shape through the addition of a medium inside it and the lining material is added between the mould part and the wall of the shaft. Once the lining material has set, the medium is removed from the mould art, after which the mould part is removed. In order to carry out this method, the mould part comprises a container of elastic material exhibiting a predetermined shape when in an expanded state, which is placed and fixed in the shaft, and devices for adding a medium to the mould part and expanding it.

A tunnel waterproofing construction method characterized in that a primary spray cement concrete is sprayed onto the excavation surface of the tunnel, a normal-temperature vulcanization-type rubber emulsion is sprayed on said primary spray cement concrete surface, a normal-temperature vulcanization-type rubber film is formed and a secondary coating cement concrete is established on that surface. The tunnel excavation surface may also be lined by with a primary spray cement and a buffer-water conductive layer may also be established in the primary spray cement concrete surface.

A device for producing an underground tunnel comprises an excavating device which can be moved through the ground, in order to form an elongated hole in the ground. Formwork placed in the hole behind the excavating device bounds a formwork space between the formwork and the wall of the hole, and supports a lining material in the formwork space. Provision is also made for lining material supply means, for supplying the lining material to the formwork space. A controllable valve forms part of the lining material supply means, and comprises a valve housing with three housing apertures, a rotatable valve body being capable of forming a connection between two of the three valve bodies for supplying lining material, on the one hand, and cleaning supply pipes, on the other hand. A lining material pump is filled under pressure with lining material.
