The invention relates to a valve (1) for regulating a flow cross section in a throttle flap connector, having a throttle flap which is mounted in the throttle flap connector so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation, wherein the throttle flap is rotatable about the axis of rotation, by means of an actuator which acts on the throttle flap, counter to a force generated by a mechanical spring (6),wherein the throttle flap, in at least a first position, is fixable in said first position by means of a magnet device (8).

The inlet throttle (100) comprises a housing (110) with an aperture (112) adapted to channel a flow stream through the housing (110), a flapper (120) disposed inside the aperture (112) and rotatably coupled to the housing (110) along an axis of rotation (X), and two actuators (130a,b) with drive shafts (132a,b) coupled to opposite ends of the flapper (120) such that the drive shafts (132a,b) rotate coaxial with the axis of rotation (X).

A governor system (16) is provided that includes a governor (16) having an actuator (38), and a coupler link (40) configured to couple at a first end to the actuator (38) and at a second end to a throttle (32) of an engine (12) being controlled. One or more mechanical characteristics of the coupler link (40), the throttle (32), an actuator arm (48) of the actuator (38), or some combination thereof, are specific to the engine (12) and configured such that each position of the actuator (38) causes a given output of the engine (1) independent of particular characteristics of the engine (12).

Ein Stellglied (1) einer Luftmassenregelung für eine Antriebsmaschine eines Kraftfahrzeuges, wird die Stellung eines Aktuators (5) im stromlosen Ruhemodus von einem Sensorelement (10) überwacht. Bei einer Änderung der Stellung eines von dem Aktuator (5) antreibbaren Stellelementes (3) erzeugt das Sensorelement (10) einen Aktivierungsimpuls an ein Steuergerät (9), welches den Aktuator (5) zur Korrektur der Stellung des Stellelementes (3) antreibt.
