Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verdichtereinheit zum Verdichten von Kältemittel, mit einem elektrischen Antriebsmotor, der ein den Antriebsmotor (1) gegenüber der Umgebung (U) abkapselndes Motorgehäuse (30) aufweist, und mit einem durch den Antriebsmotor (1) angetriebenen Verdichter (2) zum Verdichten eines vom Verdichter (2) als Kältemittel-Ansaugstrom (K) angesaugten Kältemittels und ein Nutzfahrzeug mit einer eine solche Verdichtereinheit umfassenden Kühlmaschine. Die erfindungsgemäße Verdichtereinheit ermöglicht es, mit einfachen Mitteln auch bei einem Betrieb unter extremen Umgebungstemperaturen optimale Betriebstemperaturen sicher einzuhalten. Das erfindungsgemäße Nutzfahrzeug gewährleistet auch unter hohen Umgebungstemperaturen eine hohe Betriebssicherheit. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, dass zumindest ein Abschnitt des Motorgehäuses (30) des Antriebsmotors (1) mindestens zeitweise mindestens von einem Teilstrom des Kältemittel-Ansaugstroms (K) umströmt ist.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a capacity control valve for a variable capacity compressor comprises: a valve housing in which a crank chamber connection hole and a discharge chamber connection hole for receiving crank chamber pressure and discharge chamber pressure of the compressor, respectively, are formed, and in which a guide hole crossing the discharge chamber connection hole and the crank chamber connection hole penetrates through the valve housing, wherein a valve seat is formed at the entrance of the guide hole; a valve body which reciprocates so as to open/close the guide hole; and an electronic solenoid provided with an operating iron core for enabling the valve body to reciprocate when supplied with electricity (PWM control), wherein the electronic solenoid has a plunger chamber in which the operating iron core is installed, and the gap formed between the plunger chamber and the operating iron core is filled with fluid. Thus, the plunger chamber is filled with oil to suppress vibrations, caused by the movement of the operating iron core, from being transmitted to the valve body, or decrease such a transmission, thereby reducing vibrations and noise caused by the contact between the valve body and the valve seat.

Disclosed is a displacement control valve for a variable displacement compressor. The displacement control valve comprises: a valve housing having a crank chamber connection hole, a discharge chamber connection hole and a suction chamber connection hole formed therein, which respectively receive the pressure from the compressor crank chamber, discharge chamber, and suction chamber, and further having a first guide hole penetratingly formed therein, which is positioned between the discharge chamber connection hole and the crank chamber connection hole; a valve body which, whilst moving reciprocally, opens and closes the opening of the first guide hole; and an electronic solenoid which causes the reciprocal movement of the valve by applying electric current; a sleeve which connects the electronic solenoid and the valve body; and an air extraction valve which controls the connection between the crank chamber and the suction chamber by movement of the sleeve. Thus, when the pressure in the compressor crank chamber increases rapidly, the pressure can be quickly released via the suction chamber due to the air extraction valve.

본 발명의 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브는, 용량가변형 압축기의 용량제어밸브에 있어서, 압축기의 크랭크실 압력과 토출실 압력 및 흡입실 압력을 받는 크랭크실 연결공과 토출실 연결공 및 흡입실 연결공이 내부에 각각 형성되어 있고, 상기 토출실 연결공과 크랭크실 연결공을 가로지르는 제1안내공이 관통되게 형성된 밸브하우징; 왕복 운동하면서 제1안내공 입구를 개폐하는 밸브체; 통전에 의해 상기 밸브체를 왕복 운동시키는 전자 솔레노이드; 상기 전자 솔레노이드와 밸브체를 연결하는 슬리브; 및, 상기 슬리브의 이동에 의해 크랭크실과 흡입실의 연통을 제어하는 추기밸브;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 추기밸브에 의해 압축기의 크랭크실 압력이 급격하게 증가할 때에 이를 흡입실로 신속하게 배출할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
