본 발명은 온수기 내부의 개별 부품들이 일체형으로 사출성형된 배관 바디에 결합되어 직수와 온수의 유로를 형성하도록 함으로써 개별 부품들을 연결하는 배관의 수를 줄이고 배관의 연결구조를 간소화할 수 있도록 하는 온수기의 배관 연결구조에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명의 온수기의 배관 연결구조는, 직수유입구에서 열교환기로 연결되는 직수유입관과, 상기 열교환기에서 온수배출구로 연결되는 온수공급관과, 상기 직수유입구로 유입되는 직수의 유량을 측정하는 유량센서와, 상기 온수배출구로 배출되는 온수의 유량을 조절하는 유량조절밸브를 포함하는 온수기의 배관 연결구조에 있어서, 상기 직수유입구와 직수유입관과 온수공급관 및 온수배출구를 연결시키는 배관 바디는 일체형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

A gas boiler, in particular a condensation gas boiler for producing hot water along a water circuit (C1l) has a gas combustion and premixing assembly (2) for producing thermal energy and combustion fumes; a heat exchanging assembly (3) having a casing (4) having an open end, and an elongated hollow member (5) wound, at least in part, in a helix (16) and defining a portion of the water circuit (C1) in said casing (4); a fume evacuation assembly (6) for evacuating the combustion fumes from the heat exchanging assembly (3); and a hydraulic assembly (7) for circulating the water in the water circuit (C1); wherein the casing (4) is clamped at the open end by the fume evacuation assembly (6) and the hydraulic assembly (7), which are so shaped so as to close the open end of the casing (4).

Pour réaliser une chaudière murale, notamment a gaz, on prévoit une embase (1 ) universelle. Cette embase comporte, dans une structure forte de préférence en fonte, des dérivations (15, 16) aboutissant sur des embout (21-24) annexes. Les dérivations sont reliées aux embouts annexes par l'intermédiaire de membranes (17-20) qui peuvent être enlevées à la demande, autorisant ainsi le passage du liquide pour des utilisations de type particulier. On montre qu'en agissant ainsi on simplifie la fabrication des chaudières puisque toutes celles-ci peuvent être équipées avec la même embase universelle.

The boiler comprises a burner (3) topped by a combustion chamber (4) run through by a water heating conduit (8) and topped by an extractor (7). A hydraulic seat (14) supports a pump (47), a three-way valve (44), a domestic water flow rate sensor (92); and a heating water-domestic water exchanger (43). The exchanger (43) is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the seat (14). The pump (47) is set beyond one of the ends of the exchanger. The valve (44) and the sensor (53) are vertically oriented between these two. The fuel supplying components (17, 18) are separated from the seat (14). The invention is useful for reducing the cost of the seat and for standardising it for several types of boilers.
