Abstract:
Abstract:
Improved ATMs, and systems including one or more ATMs, are described. A specially configured message module is electrically interconnected to an ATM, thereby enabling the ATM, or ATM system, to generate message data tailored according to ATM users' previous activities/behavior. According to embodiments, systems of the present disclosure may also include an improved payment network enabled to perform some or all of the processes of the message module.
Abstract:
A method of tracking tagged transaction data corresponding to transactions between users and merchants is provided. The method includes receiving, by the tag tracking computing d plurality of transaction signals including a plurality of transaction data associated with the transactions. The method further includes receiving, by the tag tracking computing device, tagging data from a party, the tagging data including a tag and an identification of transaction data associated with a transaction. And, the method further includes appending, by the tag tracking computing device, the tag to transaction data stored in a database based on the tagging data from the party.
Abstract:
A payment system comprising a payment device and a transaction terminal adapted to communicate with a payment service platform to trigger a payment from a payer to a receiver account, wherein the transaction terminal is distributed in an environment having at least one terminal tag provided to communicate with a terminal backend system, and wherein the payment device is formed as a payment tag adapted to communicate with the terminal tag to identify the payment tag to the terminal tag and to measure a distance between payment and terminal tag, wherein the backend system is adapted to collect data from the terminal tags, the data comprising said identity and distance, and wherein the terminal backend system comprises a payment message generator, wherein the terminal backend system is operationally connected to said payment service platform for triggering said payment based on said payment message.
Abstract:
A system and method for registering a user with a subscription service for a printer is described. A network-enabled printer can determine when a mobile computing device is brought into a sufficient proximity of the network-enabled printer. The network-enabled printer can receive account information for a user of the mobile computing device when the mobile computing device is brought into the sufficient proximity and transmit the account information to a remote provider in order to register the network-enabled printer and the user with the subscription service.
Abstract:
A method and system for providing a payment network via a plurality of multiprotocol label switching networks using a network interface device are provided. The method includes receiving, a first network message containing financial transaction data from a first one of a plurality of multiprotocol label switching networks, determining a destination of the financial transaction data from the network message, transmitting the financial transaction data to a second one of the plurality of multiprotocol label switching networks using a second network containing the financial transaction data, where at least one of the first one and the second one of the plurality of multiprotocol label switching networks is an Internet-based network that provides back-up access for transmitting the financial transaction data between a payment card interchange network and at least one of an issuer bank and a merchant bank using a Generic Routing Encapsulation (GRE) tunnel inside an IPSec connection.
