Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating a quality report for a mailing or mailer. A mailer executes a number of jobs each job containing a different type or number of submitted mail pieces. The mail pieces of each job is sampled and analyzed to determine the quality of the mailing based on a verification type. The results of the analysis are stored in a database and a report is later generated in response to a request. The report includes information that provides for determining the quality of the submitted mailings or for assessing the quality of mail preparation conducted by the mailer.
