A keyboard control device (1; 50; 100), particularly intended for domestic plant engineering, comprising a support plate (2; 51) suitable to be firmly coupled with a peripheral wall of a room of a structure haunted by persons in such a way that its front face (2a) remains accessible to users, and a plurality of actuation keys (3; 52), contained in the overall dimensions defined by the support plate (2; 51), operable by the user for turning on and off electrical components installed in the structure haunted by persons, supported by a printed circuit board (4) arranged behind the support plate (2; 51) and suitable to be electrically connected with an electrical system. In particular, the support plate (2; 51) firstly includes a plurality of breakable frontal areas (5; 53), each of which provided with weakening means (6; 55) and arranged at one of the actuation keys (3, 52), at least one of the breakable frontal areas (5; 53) becoming, as a result of the fracturing of the weakening means (6; 55), a through opening (7; 54) through which one of the actuation keys (3; 51) is operable by the users, and is furthermore covered frontally by a laminar finishing mask (8; 56; 106) suitable to remain at sight and firmly coupled with the support plate (2; 51), provided with a highlighted button (9; 57; 107) arranged at the through opening (7; 54) in which the weakening means (6; 55) has been fractured in such a way that the users, by pressing on the highlighted button (9; 57; 107), operate one of the actuation keys (3; 52).

A photoelectric keyboard switch apparatus comprises a first structure (20202 and 2030501) to produce and detect laterally directed and longitudinally spaced first light beams at a first level in a simulated keyboard area, which is open, and a second structure to produce and detect longitudinally directed, laterally spaced second light beams at or proximate to the first level, in the area, whereby the first and second light beams produce a grid-like pattern (302) having cross-over nodes. The apparatus also comprises a third structure to produce and detect third light beams at a second level or levels, whereby a user's finger interruption of a third beam occurs in conjunction with finger interruption of the first and second beams at or near one of the nodes.

Es wird eine Bedien Vorrichtung und eine Fahrzeugkomponente vorgeschlagen, wobei die Bedienvorrichtung im wesentlichen formstabil vorgesehen ist und wobei die Bedienvorrichtung im wesentlichen vollständig von einem vergleichsweise weichen Material oder von vergleichsweise weichen Materialien eines Polsterbereichs der Fahrzeugkomponente umgeben vorgesehen ist.
Abstract:
A security electrical interrupt device (10) for preventing unauthorized usage of an electrical appliance (11) such as an electric stove, while retaining operation of auxiliary electrical equipment such as the lights and an electrical clock. The device (10) comprises a relay (33) controlled by a micro-processor based programmable controller (26) which measures the amount of electrical supply current drawn by the appliance (11). A software computer program stored in the micro-controller (26) commands the relay (33) to disconnect the supply power if any person attempts to operate any part of the appliance (11) which draws electrical current exceeding a present limit while the controller (26) is in the interrupt mode. The micro-controller (26) is programmed to enter the interrupt mode by 1) key sequences entered on a small detachable key pad (27), 2) when a programmed amount of time has elapsed since the last authorized usage, or 3) by removal of the detachable key pad (27). The micro-controller (26) restores full supply power to the appliance (11) by key sequences entered on the key pad (27).
