Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Membran umfassend eine Schottschicht, wobei die Schottschicht zu mehr als 50 Gew-% aus PVC besteht, und eine Sperrschicht. Bei der Sperrschicht kann es sich einerseits um eine Sperrschicht S1 handeln, wobei die Sperrschicht S1 eine Polyvinylalkohol-Schicht umfassend mehr als 50 Gew-% Co-Polymer PA aufweist, welche mit der Schottschicht durch eine Polyurethan-Schicht verbunden ist, wobei die Polyurethan-Schicht zu mehr als 10 Gew-% aus Polyurethan PUR besteht. Bei der Sperrschicht kann es sich andererseits um eine Sperrschicht S2 handeln, wobei die Sperrschicht S2 aus einer Zusammensetzung umfassend 5-50 Gew.-% Polyurethan PUR und 50-95 Gew.-% Co-Polymer PA besteht. Die erfindungsgemässen Membranen weisen eine signifikant tiefere Weichmachermigration gegenüber den Membranen des Standes der Technik auf und zeichnen sich durch eine verbesserte Alterungsbeständigkeit, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Haftung der Sperrschicht auf der Schottschicht, und Dichtheit gegen Feuchtigkeit aus.

Polyurethane coating compositions that provide transparent, abrasion-resistant, and water-washable anti-fog coatings when applied to a substrate and cured are described herein. These polyurethane coating compositions have surfactants that are chemically associated with the polyurethane so as to not leach out or wash away when the coating surface is soaked or washed with water. The polyurethane coating compositions comprise isocyanate-reactive surfactants, isocyanate-reactive salts of surfactants, carboxylic-reactive surfactants, or combinations thereof that are chemically bonded to the polyurethane. Articles coated with such polyurethane coating compositions, and processes for applying the coating compositions to a substrate, are also provided herein.

The present invention relates to a multilayer film, to a back sheet for a photovoltaic module, to a method for manufacturing same, and to a photovoltaic module. The multilayer film of the present invention is prepared by forming a resin layer on a base material, wherein the resin layer includes a fluorine-based polymer and a polymer having oxazoline groups. Thus, the resin layer including the fluorine-based polymer can have superior durability and weather resistance, and also have strong interfacial adhesion with the base material. In the process for manufacturing the multilayer film, a drying process can be performed at a relatively low temperature, thereby reducing manufacturing costs, improving productivity, and preventing deterioration in quality by thermal deformation and thermal shocks. The multilayer film of the present invention can be used effectively, for example, as a back sheet for various types of photovoltaic modules.

A water−disintegrable resin film, characterized in that it exhibits a tensile strength of 2 N/25 mm width or more after the surface thereof is pressed by a cotton gauze impregnated with water of 40˚C with a pressure of 1.47 N/cm 2 for 5 hr under a condition wherein the temperature is 40˚C and the relative humidity is 90 %, and exhibits a start time for the disintegration thereof by water, which means the time needed until it starts to lose its form, of 600 sec or less, in a test nearly according to JIS P 4501 for the capability of being untied. The water−disintegrable resin film has a predetermined mechanical strength under a wet and warm or hot condition and also exhibits excellent disintegradability for a large amount of water, and thus can be suitably used as a back sheet of a liner for sanitary goods, which requires the combination of good water resistance and good water−degradability.

The glazing also has an Articulation Index value of less than 64.2 % at 50 to 10,000 Hz, a sharpness value of less than 150 at 50 to 10,000 Hz, a penetration resistance of at least 9 meters in test method ECE R43, A6 4.2, and a maximum haze of 4 %. The interlayer film has a bending stiffness of at least 0.01 Pa*m . The surface film layer has a maximum tan delta of 0.6 at 50 to 10,000 Hz and 20 DEG C. The interlayer film preferably comprises one core film layer of between 1.0 and 1.7 mm in thickness within two surface film layers, each between 0.2 and 0.6 mm in thickness.
