摘要: A method of drying a feed material comprising starch using a fluidised bed dryer; the fluidised bed dryer having an operating temperature; and the starch having a glass transition temperature which is dependent on moisture content; the method comprising mixing the feed material with a dry material, having a lower moisture content than the feed material, to form a mixture having a moisture content and passing the mixture through the fluidised bed dryer to produce a dried starch material wherein the temperature of the mixture within the fluidised bed dryer remains less than the glass transition temperature of the starch throughout its passage through the dryer.

摘要: The present invention relates to a micro encapsulated additive provided with an editable external coating, as well as to the use thereof. An object of the present invention is to provide feed additives that are not easily metabolized by micro-organisms in the rumen in such a way that during the retention time in the rumen of about 2-14 h the additive is not fermented and arrives in the abomasum intact. An object of the present invention is thus to provide feed additives which are rumen bypass and become bio available in the intestine and that can be stored and applied under cold conditions without loss of coating integrity.

摘要: The purpose of animal products is to provide healthy food for human nutrition, but there are global concerns on the development of antibiotic resistance and antibiotic-resistant gene transmission. In this experiment with enzymatic hydrolysis, soybean meal was produced in laboratory conditions as oral additives of peptides with different molecular weight and biological activity and for the first time in the world the effect of peptides prepared from soybean meal by enzymatic method as food additive on increasing Weight, feed conversion ratio, feed consumption, intestinal morphology, and bacterial population of the gastrointestinal tract of broilers were examined. It is concluded that soybean meal peptides in the amount of 350 mg per kg of feed have growth stimulant properties, strengthen the immune system, increase nutrient digestibility and antibacterial properties. It can be used as a dietary supplement to replace antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics in the diet of broiler chickens

摘要: Предлагается способ получения корма из рисовой соломы, отличается тем, что качестве основного растительного сырья используют рисовую солому в количестве 1000 кг, её измельчают до 1-3 см на измельчительном агрегате, потом в растительное сырье добавляют ферментную массу «Trichoderma lignorum 19» равную 5-15% от массы соломы, затем добавляют поваренной соли в количестве 10 кг, воды в количестве 1000-1200 литров, затем смесь перемешивают в течение 8-10 минут, закладывают в траншею, и трамбуют слой за слоем от 30-35см до 100см в течение 72-96 часов, затем укрывают полиэтиленовой пленкой и присыпают слоем земли толщиной не менее 25 см, и осуществляют выдерживание в течение 20-25 дней, далее смесь готова к употреблению в виде корма.
