摘要: A method for monitoring the viability of a megavirus in animal feed or an animal feed ingredient generally includes inoculating the animal feed or animal feed ingredient with a surrogate virus as a proxy for the megavirus, subjecting the animal feed or animal feed ingredient to a treatment that inactivates the megavirus and the surrogate virus, subjecting the animal feed or animal feed ingredient to storage or transportation conditions for at least 14 days, and determining the viability of the surrogate virus in the animal feed or animal feed ingredient, thereby monitoring the viability of the megavirus in the animal feed or animal feed ingredient. In one or more embodiments, the megavirus is African swine fever virus (ASFV) and the surrogate virus is an ASFV surrogate virus. In some of these embodiments, the ASFV surrogate virus is a Coccolithovirus such as, for example, Emiliania huxleyi virus.

摘要: 一种叶子鱼小肽的发酵酶解制备方法及用途。制备过程包括:将叶子鱼粉碎、脱脂、水解,得水解液;以复合酶对水解液进行酶解,得到酶解液;用微生物对酶解液发酵,得发酵液;对发酵液过滤,收集上清,获得粗肽液;然后对所剩杂质,重复酶解、发酵和过滤的过程,再次得到粗肽液;用G-15葡聚糖凝胶柱对两次所得粗肽液纯化,再用凝胶色谱分离得到含有氨基酸片段为天冬氨酸-精氨酸-组氨酸-赖氨酸的小肽液将所得小肽液干燥并除潮,得叶子鱼小肽。该小肽可用于制备断奶仔猪的日粮。

摘要: Offering broiler chickens a low protein diet supplemented with an array of synthetic amino acids is not fully effective in promoting maximal growth and both bodyweight and feed conversion ratio (FCR). However the present invention shows, growth rate and FCR can be promoted by the addition of available Phosphorus to the low protein diet and that this strategy is effective in restoring performance losses associated with the diet with low protein concentration. Therefore, the present invention relates to a method for improving the nutritional value of animal feed comprising a marginal protein content. More specifically, the invention relates to a method for improving weight gain and feed conversion ratio, which method comprises feeding the animal with a low protein diet and an extra supplementation of phosphorous.

摘要: The present invention is in the field of animal nutrition, in particular for use in animal husbandry and aquaculture. The invention relates to an animal feed, ingredient, premix or supplement comprising ursolic acid, or a salt, ester or derivative thereof, and optionally an emulsifier system. Animals fed with the feed, ingredient, premix or supplement show increased body weight, average daily gain, feed intake, improved feed conversion rate, increased fat digestibility, increased protein digestibility, increased dry matter digestibility, increased metabolizable energy, reduced cortisol levels, reduced stress, reduced enterobacteriaceae, e.g. Escherichia coli, in the gut, increased butyrate producing microbes in the gut, decreased post-weaning dip and/or increased herd bodyweight uniformity.
