摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft eine orthopädische Schuhsohle (1) oder Einlegesohle für Personen mit einem Hallux Valgus, wobei die orthopädische Schuhsohle (1) oder Einlegesohle beim Gehen oder im statischen Zustand wenigstens die Digitis Pedis I bis V und den Fußballen stützt, insbesondere den gesamten Fuß von den Digitis Pedis I bis V bis zur Ferse, wobei die orthopädische Schuhsohle (1) oder Einlegesohle ein Hauptteil (14) und ein beweglich damit verbundenes Element (3) umfasst, wobei sich das bewegliche Element (3) unter dem Digitis Pedis I befindet und diesen stützt und sich der Hauptteil (14) wenigstens unter den Digitis Pedis II bis V und dem Fußballen befindet und diese stützt, wobei das bewegliche Element (3) derart mit dem Hauptteil (14) beweglich verbunden ist, um sich in einer horizontalen Ebene innerhalb der Grenzen des Gelenks des Digitis Pedis I und des Fußballens um eine Achse (4) zu drehen, welche sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass sich im Hauptteil (14) der Schuhsohle (1) oder Einlegesohle unter den Digitis Pedis II bis V und/oder dem Quergewölbe des Fußes ein Hohlraum (7) befindet, in welchen eine hydraulische, mechanische, pneumatische, elektrische oder sonstige Vorrichtung eingebaut ist, die mit dem beweglichen Element (3) verbunden ist und bei einer Gehbewegung die Drehbewegung in der horizontalen Ebene seitlich weg vom Hauptteil (14) bewirkt, insbesondere verursacht durch die vom Eigengewicht des Patienten auf die orthopädische Schuhsohle (1) oder Einlegesohle verursachte Druckkraft. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner einen Schuh mit einer erfindungsgemäßen orthopädischen Schuhsohle (1) oder Einlegesohle.

摘要： An customisable insert for a shoe comprising a top layer which, when in use, faces the sole of a user's foot; and a bottom layer opposing the top layer which, when in use, faces away from the sole of a user's foot and towards the inner sole of a shoe, the top layer and bottom layer being joined so as to define an intermediate volume therebetween. At least a portion of the top layer defining the intermediate volume is formed form a pliable material. The interiors of the compartments are sealed from one another by a frangible seal, arranged such that the frangible seal may be broken to allow the first and second components to mix, and, upon mixing, the first component and the second component react to form a solidified material.

摘要： The invention provides an insole (1) comprising a plurality of supporting elements (5A, 5B, 5C) distributed over the insole surface for resiliently supporting a foot. Each supporting element comprises a main supporting portion (9) having a narrowing outer shape, and a widening circumferential buckling wall (7) designed to have a buckling behaviour such that: (i) the buckling wall collapses in reaction to a condition in which an external compressive force exceeds a first force threshold (F1); and (ii) if thus being collapsed, the buckling wall resiliently expands in reaction to a condition in which said external compressive force falls below a second force threshold (F2), which is lower than the first force threshold. In use the insole provides a highly effective dynamically self-adjusting pressure distribution reducing peak pressures under a foot, dynamically when the patient walks. In addition, the insole is compact, non complex, easy to produce, durable and reliable.
