Abstract: The present invention is directed to a personal care composition comprising from about 12% to about 25% of one or more surfactants; from about 0.01% to 10% of one or more soluble scalp health active; from about 0.1% to about 4% of a thickening polymer wherein the thickening polymer is selected from the group consisting of homopolymers based on acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or other related derivatives, alkali swellable and hydrophobically-modified alkali swellable acrylic copolymers or methacrylate copolymers, soluble crosslinked acrylic polymers, associative polymeric thickeners and mixtures thereof; from 0.01% to 0.8% of a cationic polymer; wherein the personal care composition has a pH of about 4.5 to about 6 and wherein the personal care composition has a Haze value less than or equal to 25.
