Abstract: An exercise system including a tower and a translatable and rotatable display is disclosed. The tower is a free-standing unit and includes a mast that supports the display at a sufficient height or elevation, for example above a front panel of the system's housing. A carriage assembly couples the display to the mast to enable translation of the display between two positions, and the display mount is further configured to enable rotation of the display between a portrait orientation and an landscape orientation when the display is in the second position. In some embodiments, rotation of the display is substantially inhibited by the system's housing, for example the front panel, when the display is in the first position.

Abstract: A sports training mat with a plurality of inserted or insertable bump elements configured to create an unpredictable change in trajectory when a ball contacts one or more bump element. The mat may be carried to a field or indoor practice area and then used to deflect balls that are rolled over it. The bump elements may be any three dimensional shape including symmetric or asymmetric spherical sections, polygonal, or irregular, such as an arrowhead shape. The relatively small three-dimensional "bump elements" provide a surprising lateral and height range of bounce, thereby requiring the athlete to move laterally quickly in response to the bounce. Mat sections have side edge mating features that are configured to connect two or more mat sections to form a single elongated training device. The device eliminates the need to set-up multiple training obstacle elements, and substantially improves the convenience of executing training drills, speed in repetitions, and practice efficiencies for both players and coaches.

Abstract: A collapsible exercise apparatus is configured to allow a user to perform a gluteal bridge movement or flat bench exercises. In its ready to use position, the exercise apparatus allows a person to properly perform a gluteal bridge movement on a repeated basis. Resistance can be applied to the gluteal bridge movement where the resistance increases the amount of work to be performed by the person during the exercise. The exercise apparatus includes a frame assembly with a support member that extends from a lower frame member. A bench assembly is pivotally connected to the support member to provide an elevated pivot point about which the bench assembly pivots when a user performs the gluteal bridge movement. A stabilization assembly includes a front locking member operably connected to the frame assembly, a front retaining mechanism operably connected to the bench assembly, a rear locking mechanism operably connected to the frame assembly, and an upper retaining mechanism operably connected to the bench assembly. The front locking member, the front retaining mechanism, the rear locking mechanism, and the upper retaining mechanism are configured to place the bench in a flat bench position whereupon the user can perform various flat bench exercises. The exercise apparatus can also be placed in a low-profile, collapsed positon where the apparatus can be stored when not in use.
