摘要: The present invention relates to a reactor and to a relative process for the precipitation of a solid substance from a solution, in particular for a reactive precipitation or crystallization. In particular, the invention relates to a reactive precipitation/ crystallization reactor (1), comprising an outer tubular element (2) and an inner tubular element (3), coaxial with respect to the outer tubular element (2) along a longitudinal axis (X) of the reactor (1), so as to form, between an outer wall (3a) of the inner tubular element (3) and an inner wall (2a) of the outer tubular element (2), an annular channel (4), wherein the outer tubular element (2) comprises, at a first end (21), an inlet opening (5) for a first reactive fluid and, at a second end (2"), an outlet opening (6) for a reaction mixture, and wherein the inner tubular element (3) comprises an inlet opening (7) for a second reactive fluid and, optionally, an outlet opening (8) for said second reactive fluid, and the inner tubular element (3) comprises, along the outer surface (3a) thereof, a plurality of dispensing openings (9) for dispensing said second reactive fluid fed into the inner tubular element (3).

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a vertically positioned crystalliser (1) comprising at least one upwards flowing section (5) for cooling the upwards flowing composition physically separated from at least one downwards flowing section (6) for transporting a crystal slurry of crystallised solids from the composition downwards; the crystalliser (1) further comprising:. at least one composition inlet (3) for introducing a composition comprising at least a liquid and solids dissolved in the liquid;. at least one cooling inlet (4) for introducing a cooling liquid;. a bottom section (7), wherein the downwards flowing section (6) and the upwards flowing section (5) fluidically join comprising at least one outlet (9); and. a top section (8), wherein the upwards flowing section (5) and the downwards flowing section (6) fluidically join comprising at least one outlet (10) for venting the cooling liquid in gaseous state; wherein the at least one composition inlet (3) and the at least one cooling inlet (4) are designed for allowing an upwards co-current flowing of the cooling liquid and the composition in the at least one upwards flowing section (5), and wherein the at least one outlet (9) is located at the lowest point of the bottom section and is designed for allowing the collection of the crystal slurry having settled at this lowest point by gravity.
