摘要: The present disclosure relates to a modular system for beneficiating a ferrous ore, comprising: a primary crushing module including a primary crusher for receiving and crushing the ferrous ore into a ferrous aggregate, a first grinding and classification module for receiving the ferrous aggregate, including a first grinding mill for grinding the ferrous aggregate, and first classification equipment for classifying the resultant product into at least a first fine aggregate stream, a first separation module including first separation equipment for receiving and separating the first fine aggregate stream into at least a first ferrous aggregate stream, a second grinding and classification module for receiving the first ferrous aggregate stream, including a second grinding mill, and second classification equipment for classifying the resultant product into at least a second fine aggregate stream, and a second separation module including second separation equipment for receiving and separating the second fine aggregate stream into at least a concentrated ferrous aggregate stream. The disclosure further relates to a method of beneficiating a ferrous ore with said system, and a grinding and classification module.

摘要: 本发明涉及选矿技术领域,提供了有色金属矿预选抛废方法。本发明首先通过破碎和第一筛分分级得到第一粗矿、第一细矿和第一合格矿,第一粗矿通过智能矿石分选进行预选抛废,去除其中的脉石尾矿,剩余的第一粗精矿破碎后进行第二筛分分级,得到第二细矿和第二合格矿,最后将第一细矿和第二细矿通过重介质选矿进行预选抛废,进一步去除其中的脉石尾矿,重介质选矿所得精矿为合格矿。此外,本发明还可以单独使用智能矿石分选或重介质分选进行预选抛废,工艺步骤更加简单。本发明提供的方法自动化程度高,选矿精确性高,有色金属矿的回收率高,抛废率高,且对矿石种类没有限制,适用范围广。

摘要: 本发明公开了一种富铁高硫硫酸渣的重-浮联合选矿方法,富铁高硫硫酸渣经筛分-分级作业,一段旋流器沉砂给入重选-筛分作业得到一段螺旋粗选精矿,一段螺旋粗选尾矿、二段螺旋尾矿合并给入筛分-磨矿-分级作业,再将一段旋流器溢流和二段旋流器溢流合并浓缩脱泥-反浮选作业,获得TFe>62.0%、S含量≤0.18%的最终精矿,反浮选系统的流程为一次粗选、三次精选。本发明方法具有物料适应性强、选别指标稳定、节能降耗的特点,特别适合于对TFe含量在50.0%~55.5%、S含量0.7~1.2%的富铁高硫硫酸渣进行选矿处理。

摘要: 一种原生脉铂矿尾矿分步分类综合回收有价元素的选矿方法,包括螺旋快收、强磁分流、铬铁矿浮选、磨矿调浆、铂钯浮选步骤。通过螺旋重选优先获得粗粒高品质铬铁矿,实现早收快收;磁选实现弱磁性矿物与铂钯矿物分流归队,便于后续分选;弱磁性矿物回收铬铁矿,进一步提高尾矿资源利用率;通过细磨使铂钯载体矿物充分解离,采用浮选有效回收铂钯矿物;最终获得的铂钯精矿中铂+钯品位大于60g/t,富集比大于60,杂质Cr 2O 3含量小于3%;铬铁矿Cr 2O 3品位大于41%,回收率大于70%。本方法工艺流程简单、技术指标高、易于工业化,实现了原生脉铂尾矿中有价元素的综合回收。

摘要: 一种宽粒级煤泥的分选回收系统及分选回收工艺,属于煤炭分选加工技术领域,解决了现有技术中宽粒级煤泥分选工艺流程复杂、高成本、高能耗、对环境造成危害的问题。分选回收系统沿分选管路上设有搅拌桶(1)、水力浮选机(5)、三产品旋流分级筛(8)、矿浆预处理器(11)和浮选柱(12);水力浮选机与三产品旋流分级筛之间设有第一缓冲桶(6),三产品旋流分级筛与矿浆预处理器之间设有第二缓冲桶(9),矿浆预处理器与浮选柱连接。分选回收工艺包括如下步骤:将入浮煤泥a供入搅拌桶内搅拌调成矿浆、再供入水力浮选机进行初次分级、对粗粒精矿e、微细粒煤泥f和细颗粒煤泥分级,以及细颗粒煤泥的精确分选。实现了宽粒级、短流程的连续性煤泥分选。

Ambos produtos podem ser utilizados numa refinaria de alumina, o aluminato de sódio é utilizado para a produção de hidróxido de alumínio e o hidrogênio pode ser utilizado com o combustível de caldeiras, fornos ou similares.
