Между наружной стенкой металлической конструкции (2) и штуцером (9) размещено уплотнение (14). В полости создают пониженное давление и через форсунку (3) подают рабочий материал, который вспенивается и заполняет полость в металлической конструкции (2).

An adhesive is applied from the at least one inserted adhesive dispenser to form an adhesive coating on the interior surface of the cavity. A particulate dispenser is inserted through the open top end of the bag into the cavity. A particulate is discharged from the inserted particulate dispenser to embed the particulate in the adhesive coating. The adhesive coating is dried to retain the embedded particulate on the interior surface of the sidewall.

The low turbulence zone is defined by a baffle inside the hopper with the low turbulence zone being within a volume of the baffle, and an annular zone between the baffle and the hopper is used to bulk feed powder into the hopper. The low turbulence zone may alternatively be in the annular zone with powder added to the volume of the baffle. One preferred application for this hopper is in connection with the use of fine powder coating materials to coat the interior of small diameter cans.

A set of downspray nozzles (44) is mounted to the Tee housing (36) at an angle to the vertical axis V to rotate with the housing (36) and generate a conical spray pattern. In the preferred embodiment, the apparatus (32) draws liquid (12) stored in the tank (10) through a filter (20) and pumps the filtered liquid through the rotary cleaning apparatus (32).

The spray nozzles includes a body portion having an internal fluid passageway which terminates in a substantially hemispherical dome shaped end wall (42). A discharge orifice (36) is provided in the end wall which is produced by superimposing on each other an approximately round opening and an elongated opening having opposed rounded ends. The elongated opening having a length greater than a diameter of the round opening and the round opening and the elongated opening defining respective edges of the discharge orifice which extend at different angles relative to a longitudinal axis (18) of the fluid passageway. The resulting orifice produces a fluid discharge pattern wherein the amount of fluid discharged tapers in a continuous, non-linear manner from the location of maximum discharge to points of minimum flow at either end of the discharge pattern.

A double-chamber type syringe barrel which contains a frozen dry powdery medicine and dissolving liquid separately from each other but, when used, injects a mixture of said powdery medicine and dissolving liquid. The conventional double-chamber type syringe barrel causes turbidity in the liquid of mixture of powdery medicine and dissolving liquid which is not appropriate for medical use, and is unsatisfactory in operability during injection operation. A double-chamber type syringe barrel of this invention eliminates drawbacks in the prior art with improved silicone coating inside the syringe barrel and modified shape of the barrel, in which: the syringe barrel (3) is coated with silicone oil solution with a concentration of 0.3 % (W/V) or under on the part of the inner wall thereof with which the frozen dry medicine is in contact, and is provided with a layer coated with silicone oil solution with a concentration of 1 % (W/V) or more on the other part of the inner wall thereof substantially out of contact with the medicine; a stopper (14) is porvided for preventing a gasket from slipping off; and finger flanges (11), (12) are provided at two positions on the barrel. In this way, turbidity caused when dissolving the frozen dry medicine with dissolving solution in the syringe barrel can be suppressed to such a degree as is permitted in using the medicine and a syringe barrel is made excellent in operability.

Die Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren ein Verfahren zum Aufblasen eines Spout-Folienbeutels unter Verwendung dieser Düse mit den Schritten: Bereitstellen der Düse; Einbringen der Düse in den Spout des Spout-Folienbeutels und Absenken der Düse in dem Spout bis zu einer ersten Position; nach Erreichen der ersten Position, wobei die Mantelfläche der eingebrachten Düse derart mit der Innenform des Spouts zusammenwirkt, dass das Innere des Spout-Folienbeutels im Wesentlichen abgedichtet wird, Einbringen von Spül- oder Aufblasluft mittels der Düse ins Innere des Spout-Folienbeutels.
