    摘要: 本发明涉及一种新型铝拉丝工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤A:将铝材放到清洗剂中进行清洗,清洗时间为20-40min,除去铝材表面的锈蚀物和氧化物;步骤B:将铝材放到磷酸盐溶液中,浸泡时间为20-50min;步骤C:将拉丝模盒内清理干净,然后将铝材在拉丝机中进行拉丝,根据设备和出线直径配好模具,每一鼓轮表面均缠有圆铝杆作为进线,鼓轮内通拉丝油和拉丝液进行冷却、润滑;步骤D:对拉丝后的铝丝放到真空炉中加热,进行退火,然后收线。前段用水性拉丝液、后端用油性拉丝油,两个冷却系统完全独立互不影响,这样既可以很好的降低成本,减少火灾隐患,同时可以确保各种铝线出线表面质量一致达到单独使用拉丝油同等效果。
