Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ferner einen vorzugsweise mit dem Bausatz hergestellten Hohlkörper (10) sowie ein Bauteil mit einer Vielzahl an in das Bauteil integrierten Hohlkörpern (10).

Abstract: A mold for producing concrete spacers may include a base sheet, a pair of parallel longitudinal outer, and a pair of parallel transverse outer walls. An inner volume of the mold may be divided into a plurality of sub-mold by utilizing a plurality of parallel longitudinal partitioning walls and a plurality of transverse partitioning walls. A plurality of parallel plastic straws may be configured to be transversally extended across the mold along a transverse axis passing through aligned holes of arrays of holes of the pair of parallel longitudinal partitioning walls and arrays of holes of the pair of parallel longitudinal outer walls. The base sheet further includes a plurality of bulges, where each bulge of the plurality of bulges is positioned within a respective sub-mold of the plurality of sub-molds.

Abstract: 본 발명은 섬유강화플라스틱(FRP: Fiber Reinforced Plastics)으로 제조한 FRP 봉체 또는 FRP 메쉬를 내장시켜 가벼우면서 강도와 품질이 우수하고 환경친화적이며 장기간 사용에도 변형이 거의 없고 강도와 품질이 우수한 경량 콘크리트 데크 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 소정 길이와 소정 폭과 소정 높이를 가지는 콘크리트(C) 본체(2)와, 본체(2) 내부에 배근되는 FRP 봉체(5)와, 본체(2)의 길이방향 양측면에 형성되는 요입홈(3)(4)을 포함한다. 상기 FRP 봉체(5) 대신 FRP 메쉬(6)를 사용할 수 있다. 상기 본체(2) 내부에 매입 설치되는 정온전선(8) 삽입용 파이프(9)를 더 포함한다. 상기 콘크리트 데크(1)를 하지재(33)에 고정시킬 때 사용하는 고정구(26)를 더 포함한다. 본 발명 콘크리트 데크 제조방법은, a) 콘크리트 데크를 성형하는 성형틀을 조립하는 단계와, b) FRP 봉체를 성형틀 내부 공간에 설치 및 결속하는 단계와, c) 콘크리트를 성형틀에 투입하면서 진동시키는 단계와, d) 투입 및 진동이 끝난 콘크리트를 20~50시간 양생하는 단계와, e) 성형틀을 분해시켜 양생된 콘크리트 데크를 얻는 단계와, f) 콘크리트 데크를 60~100시간 양생시켜 최종 콘크리트 데크를 얻는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 b) 단계에서, FRP 봉체를 성형틀 내부 공간에 설치함과 더불어 정온전선 삽입용 파이프를 성형틀 내부 공간에 설치하는 단계를 더 포함한다.
