A precast reinforced concrete heavy duty retaining wall comprises a precast concrete square face panel with integral four fins connected to the rear of facing and the end of each fin with integral regular octagon. A fin comprises a reinforced concrete slab and having a substantially plurality of horizontal holes along each fin panel, used for inserted horizontal rebars into each hole, and bonded the vertical rebars to the horizontal rebars in each vertical channel. Designed the rebars by professional engineer. The upper surface of regular octagon of outer left and outer right having protude male interlocking and the lower surface of regular octagon, having female interlocking, the center are substantially opposite. The upper surface of face panel having a noch male interlocking, and the lower surface having a groove female interlocking, the center are substantially opposite. The side view at both left and right having grooves.

A heavy duty retaining wall mold. The concept of invention by requiring Precast Reinforced concrete laying characteristic, when removed work piece from mold, the front face is in a face up manner. The inventions associated with this concept are comprises of three group, first are Front Panel and Rear Panel, all sizes are equal in all respect, second are left panel and right panel, all sizes are equal in all respect, and the length of them are shorter than Front and Rear Panels. Third are central parts group, which divided in to two groups, first group are on the upper part could be assemble and disassemble, second group are on the lower part of none disassemble parts. The pouring system by poured fresh concrete from the upper square Front face the vacancy area.

A concrete block steel reinforcement wall panel is provided, which comprises a rectangular hollow block. The block has an upper groove (14), a lower groove (15), both side end grooves (16), and has two pairs of male interlocking engagements (18) on upper jointing surface (17), and has female interlocking engagements (21 ) on lower jointing face (20). A concrete block steel reinforcement wall panel Type 10 a having a channel (22) at the center of front face (23) and a concrete panel closer (26) apart from concrete block 10 a (30) to close the channel (22) after erected the vertical and horizontal reinforcing steel already, then filled mortar or grout into the holes of concrete block in vertical direction. Type 10 b (31 ) having a slot (29) at the center of front face (23), after installed the vertical and horizontal reinforcing steel already, filled a plaster to the hole of the slot after harden, then filled mortar or grout into the holes of concrete block in vertical direction.

The new concept of precast vertical reinforcement concrete cube retaining wall is a block of precast concrete using for earth and water retaining wall, with the innovation of vertical steel reinforcement and water proofing wall. It is an alternative products to substitute the traditional concrete wall cast-in-place. Precast vertical reinforcement concrete cube retaining wall is rapid installation without scaffolding and formwork, reduced construction materials, takes very short time, less labor, and greatly reduced the cost of wall construction. After completely installed the wall of precast concrete panel in one row, then poured concrete grouting in each joint to homogeneous connection same as the wall installation cast-in-place. And after completely the top of installed precast concrete wall, then inserted vertical steel bars in each hole connected with starter foundation bars, then poured grout.

A retaining wall installation process for earth and water retaining wall, first step starting from preparing precast reinforced concrete heavy duty retaining wall (1) on the ground, inserted horizontal rebars (12) at each fin (7) passed to the holes (8), connected mechanical couplers (14) only one end of horizontal rebars. Attached shuttle-platform (16) to precast reinforced concrete heavy duty retaining wall (1). Then lift up to installed the wall at construction site, put down the vertical rebars (15) connected to the lower vertical rebars by using mechanical couplers (14), tie vertical rebars to horizontal rebars, then closed the vertical cavities (24) by using panel closer (28) and poured fresh concrete (29). After final setting time, removed shuttle- platform down to the ground.

A precast reinforced concrete walls H-shape for the retaining wall, has two type of blocks, a full block (9) and a half block. The full block (9) comprises a pair of rectangular wall panels (10) connected with a pair of flat panels (31) to have the embodiment of H- shape configuration, and the half block comprises a pair of square wall panels (10/2) connected with a flat panel (31). Horizontal bars are embedded in both sides of the wall panels (10, 10/2). After installation of retaining wall completely, vertical bars (44) are inserted from upper of an inner space (27) of the wall panels, then the mass concrete is poured into an interval of the precast reinforced concrete wall.
