Abstract: A transportable valve rack (20) for securing a plurality of pressure safety or pressure relief valves (V) in an upright position, the valves of the type having a bolted flange-type connection. The rack comprises a base assembly (24) and a top plate (22) mounted on the base assembly. The top plate includes a plurality of areas, with each area comprising a plurality of holes (36) arranged on a circumference of two or more concentric circles. The plurality of holes extends through the top plate and at least four holes are on the circumference of each concentric circle. The holes are sized and arranged to align with bolt holes (40) of pre-selected flanges (F) of particular size and pressure rating. Nuts (44) and bolts (42) extended through aligned holes secure the valve to the valve rack.

Abstract: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ladungsträgern, die im wesentlichen Kompositmaterial mit Recyclingmaterial, härtbare Bindemittel und ggf. Fasern aufweisen, erhältlich durch Herstellung einer Mischung (Fig. 2, Pos. 3) von Recyclingmaterialien, Bindemittelpartikeln und gegebenenfalls Fasern, in einem Gasstrom; Einbringen der so hergestellten Gas-Mischung (Fig. 2, Pos. 3) in eine mehrteilige geschlossene Form (Fig. 1 und Fig. 2, Pos 1 und 2) mit einem Unterwerkzeug (Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 und Fig. 3, Pos. 1) und mindestens einem gasdurchlässigen Oberwerkzeug (Fig. 1 und Fig. 2, Pos. 2); ggf. Wechsel des Oberwerkzeugs; Härten der geformten Mischung (Fig. 2, Pos. 3) in der Form (Fig. 1 und Fig. 2, Pos 1 und 2) durch Erwärmen und/oder Pressen mit dem Oberwerkzeug unter Härten des Bindemittels unter Verbinden der Mischungsbestandteile, Abkühlenlassen und Entformen des Ladungsträgers sowie danach hergestellte Ladungsträger.

Abstract: Described herein are units for transportation of cargo, and methods of using them. In some embodiments, the units are collapsible, stackable cargo units. In some embodiments, the cargo units include a generally rectangular base having a front, a rear and two sides, with forklift slots on its front, rear and each side. The cargo units may further include front and rear walls extending upward from the base. The cargo units may further include first and second side wails extending upward from the base between the front and rear walls. The first side wall may have a length greater than the second side wall. The cargo units may further include an integrated lid hingedly attached to one or more of the front, rear, and side walls.
