Abstract:
A mechanical apparatus for modifying an individual sheet feed offset duplicator (10) to print impressions on continuous form pre-punched and perforated paper. A first tractor module (30) is attached to the input of the duplicator (10) for delivering the paper (50) into the duplicator (10) and an indexing mechanism (210, 220, 230, 240, 260) is provided in the first tractor module (30) for providing precise indexing to the paper as it is delivered into the duplicator (10). A device (280) for adjusting the registration of the impression on the paper is provided in the first tractor module adjustment while the machine is operating. A rear tractor module (40) is also connected at the output of the duplicator (10) and engages the continuous form paper to maintain a predetermined amount of tautness on the paper by providing supplementary pulling on the paper while the paper is pulled through the duplicator (10).

본 발명의 부품관리시스템은 하나의 수납공간에 하나의 부품 수납용 릴을 수납하고, 수납된 부품 수납용 릴의 태그정보를 리드하고 리드된 태그정보와 수납공간의 위치정보를 생성하고, 복수의 수납공간들에 대응하여 설치된 복수의 표시램프들의 점소등을 제어하여 부품 수납용 릴의 수납위치를 표시하는 적어도 하나 이상의 릴 수납장치와, 부품 수납용 릴의 태그정보를 리드하고, 부품 수납용 릴의 부품잔량을 산출하여 부품잔량정보를 생성하는 잔량산출장치와, 적어도 하나 이상의 릴 수납장치 및 잔량산출장치와 통신하고, 수납위치기반 부품 관리 프로그램을 실행하여 잔량산출장치를 거치치 않고 반입시에는 오반입 알람을 발생하는 관리장치를 구비할 수 있다. 따라서 잔량체크없이 반입될 경우에는 오반입 알람을 발생하여 작업자의 잔량입력을 주위시킴으로써 작업자의 부주의에 의한 부품 재고량 오차를 줄일 수 있다.

The drawing in of printing material webs into printing machines requires a rapid and reliable joining or detaching of the printing material web and draw-in means. A draw-in tip (02) placed on the printing material web comprises a recess (09) on the leading end thereof. Said recess interacts with an eyelet (03) placed on the draw-in means (01) or on the carrier. After hanging and securing using a locking element (06) which prevents unintentional detaching, the draw-in tip (02) and draw-in means (01) or carriers are connected in such a manner that their relative movement is limited in nearly all directions.

A tape feeder capable of feeding a carrier tape smoothly by effectively preventing the carrier tape from being caught into a sprocket even when a thin carrier tape is fed, wherein a plurality of teeth (11a) of the sprocket (11) are engaged in order with perforations provided along both side edges of the carrier tape (20) to feed the carrier tape (20) in order to the right side, a wire (14) extending along the carrier tape (20) is provided under the carrier tape (20) fed drivingly by the sprocket (11), the carrier tape (20) is supported by the wire (14) at the time point when departing from each tooth (11a) of the sprocket (11), and the perforations (20a) of the carrier tape (20) are extracted surely from each tooth (11a) of the sprocket (11).

The invention relates to a chain for a tenter drier. The aim of the invention is to provide a chain with a simplified set-up of its individual chain members and its pertaining slide elements, thereby facilitating their production and assembly. Another aim is to provide a chain that has particularly wear-resistant slide strips for the guide rail so that time-consuming replacement work becomes superfluous. To this end, a chain member (1) is manufactured complete with its support part (6), for example from one piece. Every chain member (1) is provided with two identical, one-part slide elements (12). Every slide element (12) is U-shaped, fits over a side leg of a chain member (1) exactly and is fastened thereto only by one fastening element. The slide element (12) can be easily replaced and simply produced, for example by injection molding. The invention also relates to textile finishing.
