Instalación de manipulación de láminas de material de cartón o similar aplicable para su implementación en una planta de producción automatizada, comprendiendo una primera estación de recepción (1) configurada para recibir paquetes conformados por láminas de cartón definida cada una de las láminas por cuatro costados, y una segunda estación de distribución (2) donde las láminas son entregadas boca-abajo procedente de la estación de recepción por unos medios de manipulación de láminas. La primera y segunda estaciones comprenden módulos independientes entre sí, comprendiendo los medios de manipulación un brazo robot provisto de un cabezal con unos medios de agarre para sujetar por cualquiera de los cuatro costados el paquete de láminas, teniendo el cabezal un punto de articulación acopladle a un brazo robot, capaz de mover y orientar los medios de agarre a conveniencia en cualesquiera de los ejes de coordenadas, estando el brazo robot montado sobre una base independiente con respecto a la primera y segunda estaciones.

A machine for processing individual sheets comprises at least one processing station, in particular in inkjet printing station, and a transport system (100) for transporting the individual sheets through the processing station, along a transport direction. The transport system (100) comprises at least one gripper conveyor (150) movable along the transport direction, for gripping one of the individual sheets defining a sheet position in transport direction. The transport system (100) further comprises at least one support conveyor (190) movable along the transport direction for supporting a region of the individual sheet, wherein the support conveyor (190) comprises a vacuum system for supporting the individual sheet on an interacting surface of the support conveyor, the vacuum system comprising a plurality of orifices in the interacting surface. The machine allows for efficient and flexible handling of individual sheets, in particular large format sheets of materials such as corrugated cardboard or other materials that have a certain degree of inherent stability.

The invention relates to a gripper bar body for a gripper bar in a gripper carriage arrangement in a machine for treating sheet material, the gripper bar body being configured to carry gripper brackets for movement between sheet gripping and sheet releasing positions. The gripper bar body is formed as a hollow structure comprising at least two different materials, the two different materials comprising at least a metal material and a composite material and the at least two different materials being at least partly arranged in a superposed manner. The resulting bar has a better resistance to wear than the ones of the state-of-the-art.

The present invention relates to a sheet material handling apparatus for individually lifting and placing planiform articles (2) and which comprises a suction lifting apparatus (110) with an array of suction lifters (120) each of which comprises a downwardly oriented suction cup (121) provided with a vacuum pressure and being adapted to be placed on a top side (19) of an article to be lifted. An actuation system (8) is configured to move the suction lifting apparatus (110) and a controller (12) is configured to control the operation of the suction lifting apparatus (110) and actuation system (8). A plurality of primary supporting members (46) are spaced apart in parallel and each have at least one primary track (54) that extends in a first substantially horizontal direction (91). A plurality of secondary supporting members (56) are each slideably mounted along the first horizontal direction, each secondary supporting member comprising a secondary track (58) that extends in a second substantially horizontal direction (92) transverse to the first horizontal direction. L'invention concerne un organe de préhension (5) pour barre de pinces (2) de machine de traitement (1; 1') d'éléments en forme de feuilles, la barre de pinces (2) comprenant une barre transversale (3) et un axe d'ouverture (4), l'organe de préhension (5) comportant : - un doigt de pince (8) configuré pour être fixé à l'axe d'ouverture (4), - une contre-pince (9) configurée pour être fixée à la barre transversale (3), - le doigt de pince (8) étant mobile par rapport à la contre-pince (9) entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture par rotation du doigt de pince (8), caractérisé en ce que l'organe de préhension (5) comporte un organe poussoir (11) interposé entre le doigt de pince (8) et la contre-pince (9), l'organe poussoir (11) comportant un organe élastique (10) et au moins un élément poussoir (16) élastiquement sollicité par l'organe élastique (10) pour contraindre le doigt de pince (8) en position de fermeture. A conveyor apparatus for conveying sheet material articles (41) comprises a conveyor belt (33) mounted at opposite ends thereof to respective rollers 45, jaws (37) attached to the belt (33) for gripping the leading edge articles (41) to be conveyed, and actuators (49) for selectively opening and closing the jaws (37) at one or more rotary positions of the belt (33) to engage or disengage the articles (41). The jaws (37) positively grip the articles (41) on the conveyor, thereby allowing the articles to pass around the rollers (45) without any risk of the articles moving or slipping.

The inventive device for fixing a flexible plate (02) with bent suspension legs (06, 07) on a cylinder (01) of a printing press consists of a base body (19) located in the cylinder recess. Moveable clamping and/or jamming elements are accommodated inside said base body. The invention hereby provides a robust, simply constructed device that is also economical to produce.

A plurality of guiding grooves (134) are defined in the first side wall (120) facing the slot (170). The guiding grooves (134) define substantially opposed groove top and bottom ends (136 and 138) and extend further away from the second side wall (110) adjacent the groove top end (136) than adjacent the groove bottom end (138). Holding elements are each at least partially received in a respective one of the guiding grooves (134) and movable therealong. At least part of the holding elements (134) remains in the guiding grooves (134) at all positions therealong.
