Vorgeschlagen wird eine Fadenführereinheit (32) für eine Spulvorrichtung zum Aufspulen eines Fadens (20) auf eine Garnspule (22). Die Fadenführereinheit (32) umfasst einen Fadenführerschlitten (38), der an einem changierend hin- und herbewegbaren Zugmittel der Spulvorrichtung befestigbar ist. Die Fadenführereinheit (32) weist einen ein- oder mehrstückig ausgebildeten Fadenführer (36, 36a, 36b) auf, der über ein Federelement (54) an dem Fadenführerschlitten (38) befestigt ist. Die Erfindung betrifft darüber hinaus eine Spulvorrichtung mit einer solchen Fadenführereinheit.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a high-capacity bobbin with a built-in ball control head (1) and folding system comprising a ball control head (1), a central tube (2) and a base (3), in addition to a folding system suited to said bobbin in two stages, a first stage in which a support cone for the second stage is obtained. The result is a bobbin having a final format in the shape of a bottle although folding therewith differs from the usual bottle folding and can be used for any type of material. The high-capacity bobbin with a built-in ball control head (1) and folding system makes it possible to prevent the spinning or twisting material from rubbing against any surface as a result of ballooning effect. The high-capacity bobbin with a built-in ball control head (1) and folding system can be used in continuous ring spinning machines, ring twisting machines and ring twisting and ring doubling frames.
Abstract:
The invention relates to folding apparatus for cross folding of printed matter, in particular, of variable section lengths. The object is to avoid damage to the printed matter even at high production speeds, and it is attained in that between one transverse cutting device and two successive, parallel cross-folding devices a signature divider is arranged which is used to divide the signatures alternately into two product flow paths. Each product flow path is in the form of a deceleration line, thereby halving the folding speed.
