Abstract:
Beschrieben wird eine feuchtigkeitshärtende, kondensationsvernetzende Silikonzusammensetzung, die als elastischer Kleb- und Dichtstoffe verwendet werden kann. Die Silikonzusammensetzung zeigt homogene Tiefenhärtung, so dass sie auch unter Bewegung ohne Ausbildung von Rissen durchhärtet. Die Silikonzusammensetzung enthält mindestens ein Polydiorganylsiloxan mit Endgruppen Si(OR 3 ) 3 , mindestens einen Kondensationskatalysator und mindestens einen Vernetzer mit hydrolysierbaren Resten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polymerendgruppen Si(OR 3 ) eine mindestens gleiche, bevorzugt höhere Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit in der Vernetzungsreaktion aufweisen, als die hydrolysierbaren Reste des mindestens einen Vernetzers.

An adhesive article comprising a first substrate having thereon an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer comprises a cured adhesive composition of a multifunctional ethylenically unsaturated siloxane polymer; and the first substrate comprises a polymer film, paper, a metal film, glass, ceramic, or a combination thereof; and wherein the adhesive layer has a microstructured surface that is substantiously continuous, and wherein the microstructured surface forms an array or pattern. The adhesive article is used to make laminated articles that spontaneously wet, and when applied to a substrate, remain removable or repositionable, even after long periods of time. The adhesive composition may be used in transfer adhesive films, and in laminated articles suitable for use in optical applications.

An adhesive composition comprising a multifunctional ethylenically unsaturated siloxane polymer, a monofunctional ethylenically unsaturated siloxane macromer, and a vinyl monomer is described. The adhesive composition is used to make adhesive articles that, when applied to a substrate, remain removable or repositionable, even after long periods of time. The adhesive composition may be used in transfer adhesive films, and in laminated articles suitable for use in optical applications.

A silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises (A) a partial condensation product or a mixture of (a) a crude rubber-like organopolysiloxane having an average of at least one alkenyl group per molecule, and (b) an oraganopolysiloxane resin consisting essentially of R 3SiO1/2 units and SiO4/2 units; (B) an organopolysiloxane having an average of at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule; (C) an aromatic amine compound, and/or an organopolysiloxane that contains aromatic amino groups; and (D) a platinum catalyst. The pressure-sensitive adhesive forms a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that is easily repeelable after being exposed to a high temperatures.
Abstract:
A vulcanizable adhesive composition which comprises a cooligomer of an aminated alkoxysilane and a vinylated alkoxysilane, a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 10 to 16, and an acid compound. It is a water-based adhesive containing no organic solvents and suitable for use in the bonding of a fluororubber to a metal. The vulcanizable adhesive composition is effectively applicable to a fluororubber vulcanized with either a polyol or a peroxide. It effectively adheres also to stainless steel, which is poorly wetted by conventional water-based adhesives.
