摘要： 본 발명은 RNA 간섭을 유도하는 이중가닥 RNA 분자의 구조적 특징에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 개선된 안정성을 갖는 새로운 RNAi 유도 핵산 분자 구조 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 RNAi 유도용 핵산 분자는 표적 유전자에 대한 발현 억제 효율을 유지시키면서 이중가닥 RNA 분자의 체내 안정성을 현저히 증진시킬 수 있는바, 다양한 유전자를 표적하는 확장 가능한 플랫폼으로써 RNA 핵산 분자는 종래의 siRNA 분자들을 대체하여 연구 분야 및 임상에서 다양한 질병의 진단 또는 치료 분야에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
