Abstract:
The system (10) is associated below the head (2) of a sewing machine (1) having a curved needle (5), and comprises two modular elements constitute by a column (11) and a spacer plate (12). With only the column, the machine (1) is fixed to a work plane (P) in a vertical trim configuration (C1), while by interposing the spacer plate (12) between the column and the plane (P), the machine (1) is fixed in an inclined trim configuration (C2). The system (10) is usable in all trim configurations of the machine (1), without any need to use specially-realised pieces, enabling considerable saving in terms of production costs.
Abstract:
A looper and knife driving mechanism of sawing machine, wherein an upper looper (30) and a lower looper (40) are provided under a needle plate (8), knife tips (31, 41) are disposed in the same direction so as to pass through the front side side-face of a needle (8) as viewed in the sawing direction, and the upper looper (30) and lower looper (40) are driven so that the routes thereof move on those surfaces substantially in parallel with each other in order to provide both the lock stitch and over-edge chain stitch functions and, in addition, form the sawing at once by a single sawing machine, the rotating motion of the upper shaft (S1) of the sawing machine is converted into a vertical motion through a motion converting mechanism (71) interlocked with the rotating motion so as to cut off a cloth edge (5c) by the vertical motion using an upper knife (72) and a lower knife (73) moving in association with the upper knife (72), the upper knife (72) being guided slidably by a female driving part (74) (710) pivotally supported by a machine frame FR and the motion converting mechanism (71) being connected to the upper knife (72) through a clutch (75)(750), whereby the clutch (75)(750) transmits a power to the upper knife (72) when the knife of the knife driving part (74)(710) is operated and drives the female driving part (74)(710) to an escape position when the knife is not operated so as to cut off a power to the upper knife (72).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a stitch pattern sewing machine with an upper housing (4) fastened on a lower housing (6;7). The inventive sewing machine is characterized in that the bearing and fastening locations (5, 8, 9, 11-13, 16-19, 22, 25-28), drive elements, devices and caps are standardized to such an extent that at least the upper housing (4) can be used for a large number of different types of stitch pattern sewing machines (1-3). The housing blank can be produced as a semi-finished product by producing or treating the above-mentioned bearing and fastening locations.
Abstract:
A sewing machine capable of easily performing necessary operations such as positioning of materials (F1, F2) on the inside of an inclined arm (5), comprising beds (2, 3) for feeding materials (F1, F2) to upper and lower two stages, the inclined arm (5) raised from one end part of the upper stage bed (3) in such a style that its tip end part is raised, and a mechanism required for sewing or welding the materials (F1, F2) installed at the tip end part of a laterally moving arm (6) extending from the inclined arm (5), wherein a recessed part (8) to provide a clearance is provided in the inclined arm (5) to make it difficult for an arm (A) of an operator to touch the inclined arm (5), whereby it becomes difficult for the operator to feel pain even if the arm (A) touches the inclined arm (5) and the downsizing of the sewing machine can be promoted easily because the inclined arm (5) will not obstruct the operation by the operator and merely the arm of the operator lightly touches the inclined arm (5).
