Abstract:
An anchor platform assembly for anchoring an object to a structure, especially intended for mounting the object on an inside or outside corner of a support structure mounted on a roof, includes an anchor baseplate having a first sidewall and second sidewall, each having a first surface and second surface, an elongated post coupled to the first sidewall of the baseplate. The post has a first end secured to the first sidewall of the anchor baseplate, a second free end, and an at least partially threaded, cylindrical blind bore extending from the first surface of the first sidewall of the anchor baseplate into the post, with the second surface of the anchor baseplate being configured to allow the structure to lie generally flush against the second surface of the first sidewall except for the area of the second surface covered by the post.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for connection of roof penetrations with a base element (12) comprising a pipe (13) having a flange (14) at its one end (16) and a ring element (22) comprising a pipe (23) having a flange (24) at its one end (26), wherein the pipe (23) of the ring element (22) encompasses the pipe (13) of the base element (12) and is slidable relative thereto and both flanges (14, 24) are oriented in the same direction and at the lateral surface (15) of the pipe (13) of the base element (12) at least one first latching element (19) and at the internal side (30) of the pipe (23) of the ring element (22) at least one second latching element (31) is provided and that by the cooperation of the first latching element (19) with the second latching element (31) a latching connection between the base element (12) and the ring element (22) is achieved.
Abstract:
A vent that includes: a rotary head with blades arranged between a top and bottom section of the rotary head; a fixed component to mount the rotary head to a roof of a building, the fixed component having a throat that provides a flow path from inside the building to an interior of the rotary head; and a diffuser to split airflow vented from the throat and direct the vented airflow out through the rotary head.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a roof underlay seal (1) for a leadthrough penetrating a roof structure. The seal (1) comprises a tubular collar (2) and a flange portion (3) laterally extending from the collar and surrounding it. The collar (2) is attached to a flange portion (3) by means of a flexible sleeve (4) extending between the collar (2) and the flange portion (3) for setting the upper end of said collar (2) flexibly at a desired distance from said flange portion (3).
Abstract:
Abstract:
A split-flashing composition for covering a protrusion from a roof, the composition having a flange portion adapted for sealing to a roof surface, the flange portion being substantially planar and having an in-plane spiral shape that describes a closed-loop opening for receiving the protrusion; the flange portion having first and second flange end portions that are connected to each other in-plane and i an off-set manner; a collar portion fixably attached to the flange portion; a closed-loop collar-portion construction having a substantially curved wall section and a substantially planar wall section that are connected to each other and together define an internal volume of space, wherein the substantially curved wall section spirals outwardly from a first substantially curved wall section edge portion to a second substantially curved wall section edge portion; the collar portion having a substantially conical shape.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a sheet metal profile (9a,b, 19a,b, 22a,b, 23a,b, 24a,b, 25) primarily intended for installation against parts of a building, for example for the protection of bargeboards (2) or other wooden component parts of the building, comprising a bent metal sheet having a central section and at least one lateral part (3a,b) with inward- folded edge sections (15a,b) at the bottom. The invention is achieved by the sheet metal profile (9a,b, 19a,b, 22a,b, 23a,b, 24a,b, 25) being of mirror symmetrical configuration at both end sections (11a,b, 17, 21a,b), and by the end sections (11a,b, 17, 21a,b) being provided with an inward- facing edge (13a,b, 21a,b) cut at an angle, that is to say one or both lateral parts (10a,b, 20a,b) of the sheet metal profile (9a,b, 19a,b, 22a,b, 23a,b, 24a,b, 25) are executed with angled end edges (13a,b, 21a,b), where the angle (v) between the upper plane surface (12) of the sheet metal profile (9) and the end edges (13a,b, 21a,b) of the lateral parts form an acute angle (v).
Abstract:
The invention concerns an dome-like element tapering upwards for a pipe duct of a tile profiled metal sheet roofing of a building, said element having in its dome-like upper part (1) an opening (3) for receiving the pipe to be led through the roof, and said element having in its lower edge a flange part (2) with mounting holes (7), said flange part including an arched portion (5, 6) for the wave crest of the tile profiled metal sheet roofing at the front and back end of said element. The element is characterized in that the element is for the main part made of hard plastic, but on the bottom side of the flange part (2) and inside the dome-like part (1) up to the level of the highest point of the arched portions (5, 6) there is a layer of soft rubber-like plastic, which inside the dome-like part (1) is thinner than in the flange part (2), and that on the area between the flange part (2) and the dome-like part (1) there are formed bellows parts (8) extending between said arched portions (5, 6) of the flange part (2), and having walls being totally or for the main part made of soft rubber-like plastic, so that the flange part (2) when the element is being attached, is arranged to adapt for the form of corrugated tile profiled metal sheet roofings of different forms and heights, whereby only the upper parts of the arched portions (5, 6) at the flange part (2) are form-stable and rigidly connected to the dome-like part (1) of the element.
Abstract:
A strip of flashing material for covering recessed corners in a building comprises an elastic, extensible topsheet and an adhesive layer with a release sheet 18. The release sheet 18 comprises prefabricated perforations (18e, 18g) representing crease lines which allow a facilitated folding of the flashing material according to a predetermined shape before removing the release sheet 18. The extensible topsheet allows an additional adaption to irregular angles and uneven surfaces of the recess.
