摘要: An apparatus for perforating a wellbore includes a plurality of perforator units that includes a first perforator unit and a second perforator unit; and a signal transfer module connecting the first perforator unit to the second perforator unit. The signal transfer module includes an enclosure having a bore, an input end, and an output end, an initiator positioned adjacent to the first perforator unit and at least partially in the enclosure, an initiator, an igniter, a fuse, and an isolator. The initiator generates a shock wave when initiated. The igniter is positioned in the enclosure and generates a low order output upon receiving the shock wave generated by the initiator. The fuse is positioned in the enclosure and is initiated by the low order output of the igniter. The fuse outputs a high order output from the output end of the enclosure. The isolator secures the fuse body in the bore of the enclosure. The isolator includes a shock attenuator. Only the shock attenuator physically connects the fuse to the enclosure.

The microcontroller is configured to receive downlink messages from a control unit via the downlink controller, selectively power the energy bridge according to at least some of the downlink messages to initiate a controlled energetic reaction, and send uplink messages to the control unit via the uplink controller.

摘要: A perforating gun apparatus comprising a bulkhead connector located between an upper gun body thread and lower gun body thread. The bulkhead connector has seals in sealing arrangement with an upper gun body and a lower gun body with a support sleeve in contact with an inner groove support shoulder on the lower gun body. The support sleeve is radially deformable into the inner groove by a shockwave produced by firing the charges in the lower gun section. The deformation of the support sleeve attenuates the impact of the shockwave on the threaded connection. The bulkhead connector isolates the threaded connection from the pressure spike. The deformed support sleeve attenuates the shockwave from the charges firing in the upper gun section and transfers the resultant force away from the threaded connection.
