    摘要: A multi-stage gas compressor apparatus in a two-stage version comprises a first, central cylinder, forming a cylindrical chamber (8), and a second cylinder arranged concentrically with the first, central cylinder, forming an annular chamber (9). A first, circular piston (12) is axially movable within the first, cylindrical chamber (8), and a second, annular piston (5) axially movable within the annular chamber (9). A force - exerting member (10) is connected to the first (12) and second (5) pistons. In the apparatus, a first one-way valve (2) is arranged to allow gas transfer from a gas inlet (2) to an end portion of the annular chamber (9). A second one-way valve (11) is arranged to allow gas transfer from the end portion of the annular chamber (9) to an end portion of the cylindrical chamber (8). A third one-way valve (3) is arranged to allow gas transfer from the end portion of the cylindrical chamber (8) to a gas outlet. The force - exerting member (10) may be attached to the sea bottom (15), and the apparatus (1) may be provided with a floating element (6) which causes the apparatus (1) to float on the sea surface (16) while the pistons (11, 5) are anchored to the sea bottom (15). The annular piston (5) may be forced to complete each stroke before the first cylinder (12) starts to move by means of an activating block on the central, anchored rod pulling the central piston (12).

    摘要: The compressor arrangement (1) comprises a main compressor (3) having a suction side (3S), a delivery side (3D), and at least one dry gas seal (7). The dry gas seal (7) is fluidly coupled to a sealing gas feed circuit (9) adapted to receive sealing gas from the delivery side (3D) of the main compressor (3) and feed the sealing gas to the at least one dry gas seal (7). An auxiliary compressor unit (25) is further provided, including a sealing gas inlet (29) fluidly coupled to the sealing gas feed circuit (9), and a sealing gas outlet (27) fluidly coupled to the sealing gas feed circuit (9) and adapted to booster the sealing gas pressure in the sealing gas feed circuit (9). The auxiliary compressor unit (25) is further adapted to receive a gas flow from the main compressor (3), for instance a primary vent from the dry gas seal (7) for recovery purposes.

    摘要: The invention pertains to a device and method for generation of electrical power from sea waves, with either simultaneous or no desalination of seawater. The device comprises of a seaborne portion and a shore-side portion. The seaborne portion of the device comprises a float (1), an anchor (2) and a pumping mechanism (27). Seawater and air are drawn in and pumpe d through pipes (29) and (30) respectively to a shore-side compressor system (33). The compressor system is adapted to provide pressurized w a ter of constant pressure to the next stage, which is either the desalination assembly (36) through which potable wa ter is produced using the reverse-osmosis method or the water-motor (24), which drives a generator that provides electrical power or both.

The compressor utilizes at least two pistons driven in a near axial manner with any lateral forces imparted to the compressor subsequently removed. The compressor is useful in a vapor compression distillate system but could also be adapted to pump liquids. A rotating cam is provided which through cam followers drives the pistons such that the compression stroke of one compensates for the vibrational force introduced into the apparatus by another piston caused by change in that piston's direction.

Después de varias cilindradas cuando esté a presión P2 la cámara 2, empieza a actuar otro multiplicador de presión simple, al interior de cámara 2, que divide el flujo en una parte que sube la presión hasta P3 con la energía de la otra parte que baja la presión hasta P1. Después de varias cilindradas está a presión P3 la cámara 3, y está preparado un nuevo multiplicador de presión simple y otra cámara 4, para continuar subiendo la presión. Así con nuevos multiplicadores se llega a Pn en la cámara n a tener ultra alta presión, tan alta como se requiera. Cada cámara puede estar constituida por paredes múltiples o una serie de sub cámaras, que le permite alcanzar más resistencia. Se puede usar para hacer sinterizados a ultra alta presión, preparar alimentos esterilizados por ultra alta presión, o corte de materiales, entre otros.
