    摘要: Positive displacement pump system for the dispensing of droplets of liquid comprises a pump with a liquid-containing chamber (337) with a movable portion (313), an actuator (321) adapted to move said movable portion of said chamber for changing the volume of said chamber, a liquid outlet (343) in fluid communication with said chamber. A dispensing valve (344) for controlling flow through said liquid outlet and control means (326) for controlling said actuator and said valve are included. The system is characterized in that said actuator is a self-locking piezo-linear actuator in which the force required to produce a unit change in linear displacement of said movable portion of said chamber is substantially independent of the position of the actuator. Preferably the linear actuator is a walking piezo-motor. The pump may preferably be a bellows pump or a syringe pump. In a method to use the device the system pressure is stabilized before dispensing a plurality of droplets.

    摘要: A caulking gun for dispensing caulking material from a standard caulk tube. The Gun is fabricated in three basic parts; a trigger assembly, a trigger housing and a barrel cage for holding the tube. The facing portions of the barrel cage and trigger housing is provided with a mating configuration which enables the gun to be easily assembled for use and easily disassembled for storage in a toolbox. A novel drip/no drip feature is provided wherein a cam actuator conveniently positioned on the trigger housing enables an operator to select between no drip operation or drip type operation when caulking material and application requirements warrant such. A thumb release mechanism is provided on the rear of the trigger housing so the operator can release the driving rod for insertion of another tube of caulk when the unit has been placed in the drip position.

A multiple diameter pump can be combined with a pump having multiple inlet and outlet ports to allow for precision multiple outlet dispenses in a single pump that finds use with microtiter plate pipetting and other precision dispensing. Inlet ports can be located on the smaller diameter of the cylinder with outlet ports on the larger diameter of the cylinder. A dual piston, dual cylinder pump can be used where the upper and lower parts are different diameters and the two pistons are coupled with a fluid layer.

    摘要: The invention discloses a multiple differential volume tube measurement quantity conveying device and its conveying method thereof. The device includes volume tubes, inlet pipes and outlet pipes, in which there are at least two set of volume tubes divided into two groups. The inlet pipe of the volume tube is connected with a main inlet pipe and the outlet pipe of the volume tube is connected with a main outlet pipe. Drive mechanisms to be arranged to drive the volume tubes respectively. The drive mechanism is connected with a controller in complementary manner at the same time. The first step of conveying method is to confirm the conveying state of any referenced volume tube group. The second step is to decide the compensatory conveying volume and the conveying state of the other volume tubes according to the difference between the predetermined conveying volume and the conveying volume of the referenced volume tube groups. This invention improves the technical performance of the measurement and quantitative conveying of a volume tube device, measurement conveying pump and volume tube measurement conveying pump, in which the fluid flows smoothly and continuously.

    摘要: A dispenser is mounted on a bottle which has a body, with a neck atop the body forming an inlet passage terminating in an opening. Thin walls are formed around the opening and a relatively thick section is spaced some distance below the opening forming an undercut. The dispenser includes a body having an open outer end with a plug inserted and retained in and projecting from the outer open end of said body. The housing is inserted in and engages the inside of the neck below the undercut, with the projecting portion of the plug engaging the outer portion of the inside of the neck. The dispenser may be a pump with a pump body with an inner end and an open outer end. The pump body forms a cylinder and a piston is disposed for reciprocal movement in the cylinder. A spring biases the piston toward open outer end and an inlet valve is disposed at the inner end of the cylinder. The pump also includes a stem having a central bore for dispensing a fluid from the cylinder with an outlet valve coupling the cylinder to the bore of the stem. An actuator is disposed on the stem in fluid communication therewith. The plug is inserted and retained in and projects from the outer open end of the pump body, the plug restraining outward movement of the piston.
