The apparatus prioritizes transmission of at least one uplink transmission over a preconfigured downlink reception based on a priority configuration. The priority configuration allowing for uplink transmissions to be transmitted in resources scheduled for the preconfigured downlink reception. The apparatus transmits, to the base station, the at least one uplink transmission based on the priority configuration.
