Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for sounding reference signal (SRS) management for a line-of-sight multiple-input multiple-output (LSM) mode. A receiving device may receive a configuration of a persistent or semi-persistent SRS resource set that configures a first number of SRS ports for a full spatial sounding mode. The receiving device may transmit a SRS on a partial sounding resource subset of the SRS resource set, the partial sounding resource subset corresponding to a partial sounding LSM mode. A transmitting device such as a base station may performing phase ramp interpolation for the partial sounding LSM mode to estimate a LSM channel between the base station and the first receiving device.

Abstract: Techniques for supplementary sidelink resource configuration in full duplex mode may include a first user equipment (UE) transmitting to a base station an interference report indicating sidelink communication interference. The base station may select a resource pool according to the interference report, where the resource pool includes supplementary sidelink subchannels reserved for receiving sidelink communications and conditionally reserved for transmitting sidelink communications based on the interference report. The base station may transmit, to the first UE or a second UE causing the sidelink communication interference, configuration information indicating the resource pool. Based on the configuration information, the first UE and/or the second UE may perform sidelink communications (with each other or with other UEs) using the supplementary sidelink subchannels.

A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating a configuration for identifying availability and reliability of the availability for resources of a sidelink resource pool based on a plurality of signal quality thresholds. The UE may indicate, for each resource of a set of resources of the sidelink resource pool and based on the configuration, an indication of availability with respect to a first signal quality threshold and an indication of reliability of the availability with respect to a second signal quality threshold. The UE may select one or more resources of the sidelink resource pool based on the indication of availability and the indication of reliability of the availability for each resource of the set of resources.

Generally, a reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) may transmit a capability information message including an indicating that the RIS is capable of participating in network communications and communicating with other RISs on the network. A first RIS may communicate beam information to a second RIS directly, or the first RIS may communicate beam information to the second RIS via a base station, or the first RIS may communicate beam information to the second RIS via a user equipment (UE). In some examples, one RIS may request beam information or reflecting assistance from another RIS.
