Abstract: Изобретение относится к медицине и может быть применимо для коррекции минерального обмена в организме. Проводят атомно-абсорбционную (с электротермической атомизацией) спектрометрию, атомную эмиссионную спектрометрию или масс-спектрометрию с индуктивно-связанной плазмой волос и/или ногтей. Определяют содержание в волосах и/или ногтях следующих элементов: Са, Со, Cr, Cu, K, Mg, Mn, Se, Zn. Разделяют выявленные отклонения в содержании вышеуказанных элементов на четыре степени в соответствии с таблицей 6. Проводят коррекцию выявленного дефицита вышеуказанных элементов назначением препаратов, которые дозируют в зависимости от веса, возраста и степени отклонения содержания вышеуказанных элементов следующим образом: для человека весом 70 кг при степенях отклонения 1-2 назначают дозы препаратов по таблице 7, для детей до 10 лет 1/3 дозы, для детей 10-15 лет 1/2 дозы, если диагностирована 3-я степень отклонения, то к табличному значению добавляют 1/3 от дозы, если диагностирована 4-я степень отклонения, добавляют 2/3 от дозы, также учитывается вес, на каждые 20 кг свыше 70 кг добавляют 1/3 от дозы, на каждые 20 кг ниже 70 кг дозу уменьшают на 1/3. Способ обеспечивает эффективность лечения нарушений минерального обмена за счет комплексного подхода с максимальным учетом факторов, влияющих на минеральный обмен, четкими критериями назначения лечения.
