Hierbei kann vorgesehen sein, dass − vor und/oder während eines Verwahrens des Kompostierungsbehältnisses (10) für eine vorgegebene Kompostierungszeitdauer jeweils vorgegebene Mengen an Flüssigkeit und/oder Sauerstoff in das Kompostierungsbehältnis (10) eingefüllt werden und/oder − während des Verwahrens wenigstens eine Drehung des Kompostierungsbehältnisses (10) um eine Drehachse (D) erfolgt, die nicht-parallel zu einer Wirkrichtung einer an dem Kompostierungsbehältnis angreifenden Gewichtskraft (G) ist, und/oder − der Inhalt des Kompostierungsbehältnisses (10) während eines Verwahrens für eine vorgegebene Kompostierungszeitdauer über wenigstens ein Heizelement in einem vorgegebenen Temperaturbereich gehalten wird.

    摘要: Methods for using bioadhesive and stearic interactions specific to copolymers with at least two moieties, to minimize adverse effects. These copolymers are useful for reducing rates of viral infectivity in target cells and in reducing host morbidity. These copolymers are useful for reducing a number of agents whose toxicity can manifest as a corneal epithelial toxicity. Methods for enhancing efficacy through coformulations with mucopenetration enhancing technologies and in coformulations with other actives that inhibit macropinocytosis increase efficacy in patient treatment approaches described herein. Coformulations with other actives ingredient will have therapeutic utility and prove beneficial in various settings. Formulations of these multifunctional copolymers for topical ophthalmic use are safe and well tolerated. Epithelial cells and the ocular surface including limbal stem cell and precursor corneal epithelial cells are treated with these copolymers to confer utility and patient benefit. Corneal nerves are similarly protected and corneal nerve cell damage is mitigated.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for producing a solid, particulate composition comprising from 0 to 2.0 weight% of water-insoluble material, the method comprising the steps of: a) mixing potassium chloride and sulphuric acid, thereby producing a composition comprising potassium sulphate and sulphuric acid; b) adding magnesium oxide to the composition obtained in step a), thereby neutralizing the sulphuric acid comprised in the composition obtained in step a); c) adding the composition obtained in step b) to a composition comprising nitrogen (N) and/or phosphorus (P); d) solidifying the composition obtained in step c), thereby producing a solid, particulate composition comprising potassium, nitrogen and/or phosphorus.
