    Abstract: A LED-based lighting fixture for Controlled Environment Horticulture (CEH) includes a module having an inspection light system to facilitate inspection of one or more plants. The inspection light system may emit inspection light to illuminate the plants during the plants' night cycle where the intensity, wavelength, and/or duration of the inspection light may be adjusted to avoid disrupting the plants' night cycle. The lighting fixture provides a mechanical interface to mount the module and an electrical interface to provide electrical power and data communication with the module. The inspection light system may be communicatively coupled to a proximity sensor that activates or deactivates the inspection light system depending on the presence of a grower near the lighting fixture. Additionally, the modules may be deployed in arrays of lighting fixtures and used to convey additional information (notifications, environmental data) to the grower by emitting light at different intensities and/or wavelengths.

    Abstract: A linear luminaire is disclosed. The linear luminaire includes a channel, in which a strip of linear lighting is disclosed. The strip of linear lighting may have an individual optic positioned over each LED light engine. A set of louvers is provided. The set of louvers is arranged such that an individual louver is positioned over each one of the LED light engines. The individual louvers are generally cylindrical in shape. The individual louvers are connected by a web or platform that carries engaging structure allowing the set of louvers to snap or slide into the channel. The channel is covered with a channel cover, which has edges that extend out over at least a portion of the channel sidewalls, making it more difficult for dust and other foreign matter to enter the channel. The channel cover may be transparent.

    Abstract: A self-tensioning connector for coupling mating ends of a first housing and a second housing in a linear configuration, the connector providing first and second cooperating subassemblies for fixedly mounting to the first and second housings respectively, the first subassembly mountable to the first housing and having a male engagement portion configured to project from the mating end of the first housing when mounted thereto, the second subassembly comprising: a plate mountable to the second housing; a moveable carriage supported on the plate, the carriage having a female engagement portion configured to project from the mating end of the second housing to receive and capture the male engagement portion and align the first and second housings; and a latch mounted on and biased against the movable carriage in a tensioned configuration, the latch providing an anchor configured to extend through an aperture in the carriage, wherein engagement of the male and female engagement members aligns the first and second subassemblies thereby aligning the first and second housings, and movement of the two housings towards one another brings the first housing into contact with the anchor releasing the anchor from the aperture and allowing the biasing means to force the carriage away from the mating end of the second housing to adopt an engaged configuration drawing the mating ends of the first and second housings together.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a shelf lamp, comprising a lamp holder, a circuit board, a light source and a first optical element; the first optical element is arranged in the light emitting direction of the first illumination light to deflect upward at least part of the first illumination light; the connection line between the light source and the lower edge of the outer panel is the C direction, and the included angle between the C direction and the vertical downward direction is greater than 45°. The shelf lamp and the identification plate lamp of the present invention can simultaneously illuminate the upper and lower side areas of the laminate, and achieve different lighting effects. When they are installed on each laminate, the goods on the laminate obtain the illumination of different angles and different effects in two directions and it plays a good display lighting effect.
