    Abstract: Provided is a method of modelling a therapeutic response of a cancer cell or tumor, comprising: calculating a weight for each of a plurality of high-dimensional redundant multi-omics features that predict agent sensitivity or other clinical features based on statistical or machine learning methods; and calculating an integral genomic signature score for the cancer cell or tumor based on the weights, while algorithmically resolving the feature redundancy based on unlabeled genomic datasets for large cohorts of human tumors. Also provided is an iGenSig model for an agent that calculates the probability of response or resistance of a patient having a cancer or tumor to treatment with the agent.     Abstract: A fluorescence assay device performs a fluorescence assay of one or more samples including fluorescent materials, causing a plurality of sets of datapoint to be stored relating to received fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent materials. A user interface displays representations of some of the sets of datapoints. A first region of the user interface includes alphanumeric representations of a subset of the plurality of sets of datapoints, including one or more user-specified sets of datapoints. A second region of the user interface includes one or more pictographic representations of the one or more user-selected sets of datapoints. The one or more pictographic representations indicate categorizations of values of the particular set of datapoints for the one or more samples.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided that tailor targeted incentives to users at optimal times to help those users manage programs and/or regimens, for example, to cease smoking or to follow other health related regimens. Various embodiments couple a mobile application with sensing devices to validate sensor or biometric readings taken at require times and by the appropriate users. The system can tailor information, incentives, and various functions to respective users based on insights derived from machine learning models that analyze validated data. For example, the system can communicate various incentives in real-time responsive to detection or prediction of stressful events and/or probable points of failure. Delivering targeted incentives at the optimal times encourages users to make healthier decisions when they are needed most and provides functionality unavailable in various conventional approaches.
