Torque shock is suppressed by controlling torque output to a driving shaft when shifting gears of a transmission including a hydraulic clutch. An electric motor is controlled so that torque containing damping torque is output from the motor to the driving shaft after a time point when engagement preparation of the hydraulic clutch is completed and so that torque containing no damping torque is output from the motor to the driving shaft before the time point.
