A vehicle damping control device of the present invention is applied to a vehicle provided with a power generator that generates power through drive provided by an internal combustion engine, a regulator for controlling field current flowing through excitation winding in the power generator so that the voltage generated by the power generator becomes an adjusted voltage commanded from the outside, and a battery that is charged by the power generated by the generator. The vehicle damping control device is provided with an adjusted voltage setting means for setting the adjusted voltage on the basis of a charge supply power required-value necessary for controlling the remaining capacity of the battery and a drive torque required-value of the generator necessary for suppressing vibration of the vehicle.
