(1) wherein each of R1, R2 and R3 independently represents a hydrogen atom, an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, an organoxy group or an acyl group; each of A and B independently represents a divalent group of the formula (2) or (3); each of R4 to R11 independently represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, an organoxy group, an acyl group or a sulfo group; and m and n are each independently a positive number and satisfy the relationship m + n ≤ 20.
