摘要: Disclosed herein are an organic conductive material and a conductive varnish containing it in an amount of 1 to 80 wt%. The organic conductive material comprises an oligoaniline derivative represented by the formula (1) in which quinoimine as an oxidant formed at the time of synthesis is reduced by a reducing agent and a salt is formed with an electron accepting dopant.

摘要: An organic conductive material comprising a salt formed by an oligoaniline derivative of the formula (1), after reduction of a quinoimine being an oxide produced in synthesis thereof with a reducing agent, and an electron accepting dopant. Also there is provided a varnish comprising the organic conductive material in a proportion of 1 to 80 wt.%. (1) wherein each of R1, R2 and R3 independently represents a hydrogen atom, an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, an organoxy group or an acyl group; each of A and B independently represents a divalent group of the formula (2) or (3); each of R4 to R11 independently represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, an organoxy group, an acyl group or a sulfo group; and m and n are each independently a positive number and satisfy the relationship m + n ≤ 20.
