The control device (8) includes a processing unit (11) configured to determine an estimated daily energy consumption for the at least one cooking program from the first energy consumption data (ECL) and the second energy consumption data (AE). The first energy consumption data (ECL) relate to respective individual iterations of the cooking process and include an initial energy excess associated with a first iteration of a plurality of consecutive iterations of the cooking process; and a common energy level indicative of energy associated with subsequent iterations of the plurality of consecutive iterations of the cooking process.
